Time to issue a trillion for real contracts. And hey, President Obama, we are being cruel to be kind, because we want to save your administration and save the United States. Paul Krugman the Nobel Prize winner and columnist for the New York Times, has pointed out that the so-called Geitner Plan to buy up the toxic waste assets is insane. We need a bankruptcy reorganization now. This crap, this $1 trillion in toxic waste, credit derivatives, mortgage backed securities, etc. is not misunderstood, it is crap, as in the new toilet paper. It is worth nothing or close to nothing. Time for the bankruptcy reorganization and the Crime investigation for the corpses. Don't BS, just give me the money. There are lots of things to build, from cheap nuclear energy, to high speed rail and maglev trains. Do it, Obama baby. Time to throw Hedge Fund cultist , Larry Summers to the wolves, and out of the administration.

An Exchange on Economic Policy
Having an exchange on economic policy between two good guys is a good thing. That's what I see in the James Galbraith statements, and in the comments on them by LaRouche. The government can give out credit for new projects. It can even buy stock in banks and companies if they need some help, but what is the use of an endless multi-trillion dollar bail out? And the managements of these companies have not been fired even.
Of course the Government is going to have to issue trillions of dollars of credit, but why give it to a bunch of thieves? A publicly-owned bank like the FDR era Reconstruction Finance Corp. (RFC) can do the job much better and more efficiently. If the stock market crashes, we can create jobs, we can continue to exist as a nation.
Suggested reading on these topics is No Return to Normal, by James Galbraith.

Bronx Non-Profit Organizations Struggle
We in the South Bronx love our Non -Profit organization. Not all people are obsessed with "making money." Sure everyone has to pay their bill and make a living, but she also like to help the community, in health care, social services and education. These non-profit organizations range from big hospitals to tiny little day cares and artistic organizations. I went to a forum on this, the Bronx Forum on Friday, March 13th, sponsored by Hostos College, the Bronx Borough President's Office and the Jewish Community Relations Council. Of course, many of the foundations funding NPO activity are associated with corporations. A woman came to speak to the forum from the JP Morgan Chase Foundation, and she recommended that due to short funding in many areas, that NPOs should merge. Of course JPM has been doing a number of mergers itself this year, as with Bear Stearns, and WaMu, with a lot of help from dear old Uncle Sam. Oh well, it is time to build infrastructure and get people back to work.

Managing your Real Estate
Do you need Real Property Management in Ohio? A lot of people bought properties to invest in, even single-family houses and are now stuck with them? My friends do property management in Toledo, Columbus, Cleveland and Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. You might have bought some property during the height of the housing boom. You planned to flip it quickly and get rid of it and make some money. Sadly, things did not work out that way. Instead you got stuck with the property as prices rapidly headed downward. Now, the only choice you have is to put the property on the market as a rental unit. What if you have no time or experience managing rental units and being a landlord? The property that you bought may be in an entirely different section of the country than the one that you live in. This type of service is invaluable and can include tenant criminal background checks and more. Get maintenance services, accounting, financial reports. And if all else fails and you have a bad tenant, you can also get eviction services.

Blackpool Dance and the Bronx
The 74th Blackpool Dance Champs tape is up for sale. Lots of people like this old-style type of dancing in the Bronx and Manhattan, NY. My friend Bessie has a whole collection of Blackpool tapes she wants to sell on eBay.
This tape has highlights of the 74th Blackpool Dance Festival, the year is 1999, of the Finals of the Modern and Latin American dance competitions. A little bit of cha-cha and salsa, anyone? The tape in question has exclusive footage of Marcus and Karen Hilton's retirement. Shall we dance?

Real Estate Criminal Pardoned by Bush
Before the unlamented George W. Bush left office, he pardoned the real estate criminal Isaac Toussie of New York, New York. Then Bush was forced to rescind the pardon. In Toussie's real estate scam, 460 people were fleeced out of their life savings. Isaac is the 30-year old son of the real estate wheeler dealer Robert Toussie. The case was too hot for Bush to handle but it gives an indication of the love of the real estate bubble that existed in the Bush White House.
Toussie was sentenced to five months in prison and five months' house arrest in 2003, along with a $10,000 fine, but escaped having to pay restitution. The elder Toussie, Robert gave $28,500 to the Republican National Committee.
