why is it hard to get real estate or global warming ads?

I guess I have to make up my mind. Is this blog about the real estate crash, and the eruption of the sub-prime market now, or something else? It's so hard to decide what to blog about. Real estate , or global warming swindle? Maybe I should get a new url too.
