Freeze It or Lose It

This product Freeze-It could be very helpful. I have a friend, Jesus Martinez, who just participated in the Tour de Bronx, on October 21st, which is a 25-mile bicylcle ride. He did this despite suffering from significant knee pain. Of course he uses various rubs and also just taking acetaminophen, but an improvement could be extremely useful. He gets pains from running and also due to the fact that his work as a clerical worker means spending long hours sitting at a desk. The sudden strain of exercise, even with a warm-up period can be difficult to adjust to.
The product, Freeze It, promises to be good for sore muscles and sprains, back, shoulder, arthritis and knees. Yes, if you are riding a bicycle, knees are definitely the thing. I have another friend who is a housekeeper, and is having significant problems with her knees. I tell her that going to the gym and swimming is essential, but I bet this product Freeze-It Gel would do her a lot of good too. Freeze It is available at Rite Aid, CVS and Wal-Mart. So it basically seems like a good idea.
Winning a year's supply of Freeze It Gel would definitely be something that even I could use, since being an office worker, I get stuck in an office and don't get the quantity of exercise that I should. A little bit of this stuff on my back and shoulders could go a long way. And I could share it with Jesus (Heezooz) and my other friend, and will. Exercise and training can be helped by using Freeze It on your leg or shoulders during your cool down period. It is said to be save to use this product four times a day, obviously there is a limit to use of any medicated product. It is also recommended for rubbing on aching joints before one goes to sleep. It is available in a 3-ounce roll-on size, and also in a 4-ounce tube to rub onto yourself.

Doing training and exercise is not something only for the young. Us older people like to exercise and stay in shape. Riding a bike to work is a great way to get daily exercise if that is possible for you. Look at the recent Tour de Bronx bicycle tour in the Bronx and also the November 4th New York Running Marathon. Lots of people in the forties and fifties and older were in these events. You can't expect to go these heights without some aches and pains. And who doesn't eventually suffer some form of arthritis. So to review: freeze it can help you with KNEE pain, listen up bikers and runners, as well as back pain, shoulder pain, and arthritic pain in many joints. And like they say in all forms of sports and life in general; Dare to Struggle, Dare to win.
