Obama, the puppet of British Petroleum (BP) refuses to declare a national emergency in the runaway oil spout in the Gulf of Mexico. BP officials and Coast Guard Adm. Thad Allen reported this morning that the containment cap that was lowered onto the runway oil well in the Gulf of Mexico is beginning to work. Allen reported, this morning, that engineers had so far been able to bring up about 6,000 barrels of oil (hardly a drop in the bucket), but that the vents on the cap were still open. The admiral said the engineers are hesitant to close the vents because they're afraid that the cap will then clog with hydrates, solids that form from the oil under pressure and in the cold temperature at the 5,000 foot depth. The formation of hydrates fouled an earlier attempt to cap the well about a month ago. In other words, they have no idea whether the latest effort to cap the well will actually succeed—and won't know for several more days. Oil Spills uber alles again.
Estimates for how much oil the cap is collecting range from 5 to 10% of the oil leaking out of the well, although BP officials say their "goal" is to get that to 90%. So far, the latest effort by BP has managed to capture about 1,000 barrels of oil a day—out of an estimated 12-19,000 barrels a day gushing from the well.
Meanwhile, Obama still plays out his role as the British-agent Dr. Spock. He tries to pretend emotions that he does not feel.

Harlem, Bronx NY Look Out for Falling Bankers
Bronx and Harlem, NY it is coming to a falling banker zone again on Wall St. The bailout is not working, and we know that Obama's Treasury Dept and the Federal Reserve are in on the bailout of the Euro, through currency swap. That is a $1 trillion bailout on the first shot. This could explode, as the derivative dealers all bet in the same direction at the same time. That is how you had the 1,000 drop in the Dow Jones on May 6. The Real Crash is on. Meanwhile, the Bronx is losing bus routes in the MTA budget cuts.

LaRouche, Baby, Stop the Derivatives Now
Chancellor Merkel Just Did it in Germany, But We're Not Allowed to Do it Here!
Printer-friendly versionPrinter-friendly versionSend to friendSend to friend
May 21, 2010 (LPAC)—Acting after the close of the markets on Tuesday, May 18, in a sudden surprise move made on orders from the German government, Germany's financial regulatory agency Bafin banned certain derivatives trades for one year or longer. It banned naked short sales of Eurozone countries' bonds, naked credit default swaps (CDS) against those bonds, and naked short sales of the stocks of ten major German banks and insurance companies.
Speaking the next day in the German parliament, the Bundestag, Chancellor Angela Merkel said that she had been forced to act in this way against what she called "an existential threat to financial stability in Europe and even the world."
Merkel is right. As leading US economist Lyndon LaRouche said on Thursday, May 20, "While the U.S. Congress, especially the Senate, is being tied up with all kinds of silliness, the fact of the matter is that a warning shot for the dissolution of the entire world financial system has already taken place. The world as a whole stands on the edge of a sudden, overnight collapse, which will make the 1,000 point drop in the Dow Jones on May 6 look like a small perturbation. We could wake up one morning, and find that we have no financial system at all—an instant plunge into a New Dark Age.
"The immediate key to this situation is the derivatives. The derivatives markets must be shut down now!"
"German Chancellor Merkel, with her sovereign ban on parts of the derivatives market as of May 19, has done the right thing, acting to protect her nation from the devastation of the speculators. The U.S. government must be forced to take the same action, immediately."
But Barack Obama, acting through Senator Harry Reid, has refused even to allow a vote to restore enforceability to Title VII, governing derivatives, of the so-called Wall Street Reform Act. The discredited Senator Chris Dodd of Connecticut surreptitiously removed the enforceability of the regulations of Title VII, making them mere "suggestions" instead of "regulations," in the words of derivatives expert Michael Greenberger quoted in firedoglake. When Arkansas Sen. Blanch Lincoln, the author of Title VII, and Washington Sen. Maria Cantwell introduced an amendment to restore enforceability, Harry Reid refused to allow it to come to a vote.

Real Estate and Collapse of the Economy
The game is over, with the computer trading gone wild. The 1,000 up and down moves in the Dow of Thursday are the last draw. We need the Glass- Steagall bill, the separation of the bank deposits from the investment derivative casino. Time to listen to LaRouche, the webcast is today.
The real estate blowout is continuing, this time in the commercial real estate. In fact, we could soon have a dead economy. The economy needs help, with the need for Federal credit and lots of infrastructure, construction and other jobs. But, before that we have to end the gambling casino game. The game must die, of derivatives, side bets and options and poptions.

The U.S. Economy, the SDI and Ronald Reagan
So, Lyndon H. LaRouche Jr. was running for election for Democratic nomination in
'79, and proposed beam defense weapons again, in the form of a proposal, which
was a campaign statement. Then, during the process of meeting
with Bush, who was a real asshole, in New Hampshire, we got into
discussions with the Reagan campaign. And because of these
discussions, once Reagan had been nominated, and elected, we went
into full steam: LHL went to Washington, and started the
discussion. We got a process receptivity on this thing, so that
before Reagan was actually inaugurated, we had this in place.
Then, after he had been inaugurated, we continued it. LHL
used to make trips to Washington, on this situation, and others.
So, what happened at the same time, is, some friends of ours who
came from my generation, the World War II generation, who were in
high-ranking positions in the intelligence community -- one of
them was Bill Casey, who became the national security chief, or,
the CIA director. And other people. And we also found people in
Europe, similarly, in France: Two national heroes of France,
veterans. A whole group in Germany, among German military
officers and related people. General officers in Italy. Leading
political figures in other countries, agreed.

Stupid NY City Jobs
Let's sing a song first:
Are you white enough, white enough, white enough;
Can you look pretty, look pretty, look pretty;
(Bonnie Rait song, Good Enough, Spoof)
Lots of these jobs you better act as white as a British Lord. That is not good, that is fouled up. Anyway, the crash is going to hit these medical advertising shops too. Plus, nothing worse than a picky job agency. Been having some problems with Creative Circle. They are so picky. They gave me a job as a medical editor for 2 days, and despite rave reviews, have not gotten any more jobs from them. Hey, Harlem dudes, I hope I acted "white" enough. Obama acts white, but now he is all used up. Hope that dude watches his back, especially after the crash of the Polish presidential plane.

Went to Ringling Bros. Circus in NYC
![]()
I went to the Ringling Bros. circus in Madison Square Garden with my kid. It was pretty good. I can't cover much in the Bronx, because my articles are not being taken except once in a while. Haven't heard anything from my artist friend, about a new assignment. Will have to see what happens.
Anyway, we had a bit of a fantasy, of elephants, tigers and horses, and trapeze artists. It's OK to escape once in a while.
Picture is from Wikipedia, Ringling Brothers poster from 1898.

Rocket Man
Rocket man, stream on to space station, overhead. And I think it's gonna be a long long time--- sang Elton John, in Rocket man
The Soyuz craft carrying California native Tracy Caldwell Dyson and Russians Alexander Skvortsov and Mikhail Kornienko soared from the Baikonur cosmodrome in southern Kazakhstan in a carefully regimented operation that has been perfected over the decades.
Mars ain't the place to raise your kids- Elton John sang. But, why not? With a real space program and impeaching Obama, Mars could become some highly valuable real estate soon.

Destroying NASA kills the Space Program
Some people want to save the space program, still. As a Member of the House Armed Services Committee, Rep. Rob Bishop (R-Utah), who was one of the few Representatives who signed the letter of 27 Congressmen to NASA Administrator Bolden a week ago, who does not have a NASA center in his district, has emphasized the impact of the proposed cancellation of NASA's manned space program to the nation's
defense.
In a Feb. 16 discussion with the editorial board of the {Clipper} paper, in Bountiful, Utah, Representative Bishop stated: "Left in the wreckage of this decision will be the destruction of at least 20,000 private sector jobs." That
includes 2,000 in Utah. "The kinds of skills needed to build NASA rockets are the same skills needed to build missiles used in the defense of our nation, and they rely on the same rocket motor technology." (Solid rocket motors for military and civilian rockets are built by ATK in Promonotry, Freeport Center, and Salt Lake County).
But, Bishop emphasized, this is not only about jobs. "Most importantly, it is absolutely about our Constitutional responsibility to provide for the common defense," he said. "In each area, the Obama plan fails America.... Already a bi-partisan Congressional effort is challenging the Administration's proposal
that harms America's role in space, hurts our economy, and damages our missile defense and national security. We must and can do better." That is why Obama has to go.

Fight to Save the Manned US Space Program
The fight begins to save the US Manned Space Program. Indicative of the uproar the Obama Administration will face on Capitol Hill when hearings start on the NASA budget: On Feb. 13, the day when an angry letter signed by 27 Reps was sent to NASA head Charlie Bolden, Rep. Bill Posey (R-Fla.), whose district includes NASA's Kennedy Space Center, released his own statement to emphasize the impact on his constituents.
Posey references NASA's illegal cancellation on Feb. 13 of a ground launch control contract, which is needed to test Constellation's Ares-1 rocket. Kennedy is already facing up to 7,000 layoffs when the Shuttle stops flying later this year, because nothing is ready to take its place. This Constellation contract cancellation, Posey says, "could be as many as 1,500 additional jobs that will be lost at KSC." "It is truly disappointing that our space program lacks leadership and vision. If current trends are allowed to continue, we risk reverting to pre-1961 status, having no human space flight program." Back to the Moon and on to Mars.

The Crash is on
The crash is on. The problem has not gone away, and it will not go until we get the four powers agreement between Russia, China, and the USA and India. The U.S. Labor Department shows in its January employment report out today, that it has continued up through December to understate the loss of jobs in the U.S. economy by an average of 55,000 every month, and still continues to do so. With the revised employment-loss totals published today, the Labor Department is now reporting the economy lost 5.780 million jobs just during calendar 2009, Barack Obama's first year as President, and the job elimination continued at a rate of 150-200,000/month right up through December 2009. We need change, like to impeach Obama now. Build the tunnel under the bering strait, and that will be lots of jobs, even for harlem dudes.

Falling Apart on the Obama Healthcare Trip
According to media accounts, the impact of the "reform" on state budgets became a major issue in Friday's talks. There has been broad circulation of the report that Nebraska Sen. Ben Nelson and his wife had been driven out of a pizza parlor near their home last week, by patrons furious at his vote for Obama's healthcare, and on Friday, Nelson wrote Reid that there should be no special deal for Nebraska; all states should be treated equally. At the same time, the three key House committee chairmen, Rangel (NY), Waxman (CA), and Miller (CA), are reported to be trying to reverse features of the Senate bill which would stick their states with billions in added costs, mainly for Medicaid. This bill sucks and should be sabotaged and killed.

Four Powers Agreement- China, Russia, India and USA
The British empire is desperate. Their Copenhagen Global Warming Dictatorship plan has killed. Even Obama was forced to sign on to suspend Copenhagen till next year. By then, the global warming brainwashing will lose momentum.
Now we have a serious of terrorist and near-successful terrorist incident. London claims that the underwear bomber was someone that they warned the United States. That bomb, about to land, could not have blown up the plane landing in Detroit, because the plane was no longer pressurized. The only real result is your ass being pictured when you go to the airport.

Population and Economy
Over the last 40 years, the world has lost the ability to support the 6.7 billion people that now exist. The problem is the bankrupt, and imperialist economic system. The monetary power, the control by private financial interests, then you have the financial system, and finally the productive power that a nation needs to support its citizens.
Now the triple curve has hit of Lyndon LaRouche. The production is going down, as the financial agregates go up. Even more money has to be printed to keep the game going. Plus there is fascist austerity, like the Obama Health care reform, to be more efficient, mostly in killing people and saving money.

Transforming the Environment of Siberia and Russia
The new agreements between Russia and China involve transforming Siberia. They involve monetizing the US Dollars that China holds to build projects including mining, and high speed rail to transport raw materials.
This is important to the United States, since $800 billion in dollars that China hold are now being used as a credit dollar. The US Dollar does not have to collapse. The gold bugs and speculators can go to hell. These projects in Russia, China and India too can be connected physically to the United States, with the Bering Straits tunnel to Alaska and the rest of the Americas.

From the Bronx to Afghanistan
Arianna Huffington seems to want to fight and die there, I wonder why. She says: As Newsweek's cover story on Biden makes clear, the vice president has long opposed escalating in Afghanistan. So if the president decides to escalate, Biden, for the good of the country, should escalate his willingness to act on his "deep reservations" and resign. Generations to come will be grateful if he does, instead of following the pattern of "opposition" we've become all-too-accustomed to. You know the drill: after the dust settles, the mea-culpa-laden books start to come out, and suddenly we hear how forceful this or that official was behind closed doors, arguing against the war, then going home each night distraught at the unnecessary loss of life. Well, how about making the mea culpa unnecessary? Instead of saving it for the book, Biden can unfetter his conscience when it can actually do some good for the country.
It seems pretty strange. Maybe Arianna wants to invade the Bronx, NY too.

Anticipating Obama's Speech
Anticipating Obama's Wednesday speech is hardly thrilling. He is pushing his death panels and health care rationing. 18 countries in whole or in part are followinging the "Liverpool Care Path," originating in the United Kingdom's NHS. This means sedating the so-called incurably ill, with no food and water, until they rapidly die. That is how the Obama plan wants to save money on health care. That is the health care for all that they want to give you- Nazi-style. Don't let him do it.

Cap and Trade on Carbon Dioxide
Cap and Trade on carbon dioxide is suicide. Obama wants to use the cap and trade as a revenue raiser. Plus it will make coal and oil and gas ultra expensive. Why do we know that this will happen? The goal is to lower the use by 80-percent of hydrocarbons. That means no gas in your car unless you are a rich oligarch or thief. NYU is very nervous about Congress playing with cap and trade. Here is a cap and trade video with a professor masturbating about carbon allowance, and they will be worth lots of money. 6 billion allowances, $20-30 each, that means over $100 billion. What is the money gonna be used for? The British Queen?

Barney Frank's Freakout and LaRouche
A lot of noise has been made about the town meeting of Barney Frank in Dartmouth Mass on I guess, Auguust 18th. Barney Frank's confrontation with the LaRouche Youth Movement's Rachel Brown provided a clown show for the right and the left, all blaming LaRouche for all that ails them, while attempting to hide the reality of the mass strike which they cannot understand.
Every network and most cable stations played the confrontation between Rachel Brown and Barney Frank in their prime time programs, mostly featuring Buffoon Barney's question about "what planet are you from?" as if it showed he was tough, standing up to the "crazies," even though most left out Rachel's LaRouche connection. Most revealing is that both Rush Limbaugh and Jon Stewart, both the right and the left, showed the video of the confrontation, made clear that this was LaRouche vs. Barney, and then suggested that the proper response to Barney would be to note that he was from Uranus - adding another of Lyn's jokes to popular culture, along with the now famous moustache. It is unlikely that Barney will bring up other planets again.
Maybe we can interest Obama in some quick space travel?

Riots in the UK- over Vestas

There are riots going on in the UK over Vestas, the well-known manufacturer of windmills and wind turbines. I don't really know what this is about, but I thought it might be of interest to my readers. NEWPORT, ISLE OF WIGHT - 29.07.09. Vestas workers, family members and supporters march from the Vestas wind turbine factory to the local County Court on Wednesday 29 July 2009 in Newport, Isle of Wight. Vestas workers represented by RMT lawyers argued successfully that a possession order had been incorrectly served and that Vestas could not be granted an eviction order - the judge adjourned the case to Tuesday 4th August 2009. Vestas workers have been occupying the factory after management revealed plans to cut 600 jobs and close the factory. (Photos by Marc Vallée/marcvallee.co.uk) (c) Marc Vallée, 2009.

Chaos in Obama Land
There's chaos in Obama land. Emperor Nero Obama threatens to fire and torture his own staff as the country goes further down in economic collapse. Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., accused protesters of trying to sabotage the democratic process, since he knows that he is backing a loser. What a sore loser and cry baby.
The Republican Party says it's not behind the protests. Of course Reid scoffed at this notion and does not have enough balls to complain about the role of Larouche Pac in the protests. Outside in NY City's Union Square neighborhood, Obama activists freaked when they saw pamphlets with Obama and his health care plan being compared with Hitler and the Nazis.

Telecommuting and the New Slavery
Is telecommuting the new slavery? You sit in your room and pound on the computer keyboard hoping that your $10-an-hour will be enough for you to survive. Then you know that it isn't. The economic and financial crash and telecommuting are an interesting pair. With the big crash in foreclosures hitting this year, it could be a drag. Four million households may not have a home to telecommute from. Of course, if you have a laptop, you can work from a homeless shelter if you have a quiet and comfortable room. I guess that is the new slave labor. Telecommuting often pays a lot less, and you get jobs right off the internet. That is not true also in other cases. Outsourcing is in as the worldwide economic crisis is forcing employers to find new ways to reduce costs. Is this a good situation? Actually, it sucks but we try to adapt and take advantage of it anyway. The geezer told you so, see the Aug. 1st webcast in the archives. LaRouche told you so.
So, its a big crash, and it's a gas, gas gas.
Get ready for reality at the end of the fiscal quarter.
Will civilization still exist on October 15th?

Government Sponsored Euthanasia;
Is easy to do;
The people you want dead;
They'll kill them for you;
A Financial Bubble, now sucking more;
If you let Bama health care;
Go for a dictatorship some more;
60 more days, system going down fast;
By October, the states cannot last.
Government euthanasia is the Obama health plan, with the dictates of an independent MedPac board and is dirty politics. We have two months to break this Administration or put it under control. The only solution to the present crisis is a bankruptcy reorganization now. This could be done under patriotic economists who know what LaRouche is saying. It's time to kill the derivatives, and put the British Empire out of business. Take that Obama, get with the program. Take that bailout money back.

NY Feeling the Strain, Ain't it a Shame
The media has admitted that the bubble is dead in Harlem NY. The bubble was lots of fun in Harlem NY while it lasted but now it is feeling the blues bad. In the words of the old song, "Now it's feeling the strain, ain't it a shame--- Give me the beat boys..." It had to go down, but going down to one-third of what it used to be is killing lots of rehab projects. You want me to go to Harlem rehab, I say no, no, no. Can't afford it.
Harlem was the place of the biggest real estate bubble of all in the NY metropolitan area, and some of the burial is going on only during dark, moonless nights. The 125th Street corridor project is severely affected, with the major tower at 125th St and Park Ave shaved down to a less than 10 story building, not 15 or 20 stories. Whether the whole 125th st corridor project will die is a matter of speculation. Even on the west side, Columbia University probably also lost lots of money off of their endowment. Of course, Goldman Sachs is now making money again, stealing that is. Maybe they will just buy up everything when it hits ten-cents on the dollar.

The System is Bankrupt
The geezer is right, the system is bankrupt. We need, largely, for nations to undertake long-term credit operations, in terms of infrastructure development, both rural and industrial, and use this kind of development as a stimulus for developing a full-spectrum economy, with 30- to 50-year long-term agreements on treaty agreements for development, each conducted by sovereign nations, but a sharing of credit from a common credit system, meaning going back to a fixed-exchange-rate credit system among governments. For example, let's take the case of China, which was lured into the idea that it was going to have a world market, guaranteed by the United States and the British, but they did that by pricing their goods so cheaply that China could not sustain its entire population on that export economy.
So now the game is over. If we continue this insane system, from the real estate bubble to the foreclosed houses to the bankrupt slave labor industries of China, etc, then civilization is over.

George Soros Making Health Care Move-On
George Soros is famous for providing the seed money for his front group Moveon.org but he has other operations, like Healthcare for America Now, the latest George Soros-created front group. George Soros is the arch real estate and stock speculator that is famous for being allowed by a group in London to in 1992 "break the British Pound." This was part of the London operations to put Europe under the heel of the Euro and Euro Central bank dictatorship.
They plan TV advertisements in Louisiana attacking Sen. Mary Landrieu (D-La.) for withdrawing her support for Obama's heathcare plan. The group, Healthcare for America Now, says Landrieu endorsed the principles of Obama's plan when she signed a letter it sent out to all Congressional Democrats last November. Landrieu's spokesman said that the Soros group is taking her initial statement out of context; that the letter is not a roadmap of Landrieu's views on healthcare, and that she does not support a public option. This is not legitimate, it is actually a pure blackmail tactic.
The pressure tactic of sending a letter to every Democrat for endorsement of a healthcare plan days after Obama was elected, by a group funded by Soros—the biggest moneybag in the Democratic Party—is typical of the pressure which is being brought on Congress to get in line and pass Obama's Nazi-modelled bill. It is no coincidence that George Soros, a Jew, worked for the Nazis in Hungary under an assumed identity when he was 14, and later called that period "the happiest time" of his life. Where Landrieu stands could be significant, as the Democrats search for a filibuster-proof majority.
In California, Soros-funded moveon.org is running TV ads attacking Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.), who said on John King's "State of the Union" program on June 21, that there is no way she could vote for a bill which will cost California $5 billion in Medicare and Medicaid payments. This is at a time when the state of California is about to go totally broke. Obama is not a good guy, he is now acting as a British agent, just like his buddy Soros.

British Twittish on Iran Developments
The British Empire, and their financial allies are playing their usual games of divide and conquer on Iran. The world has to be warned that the British Empire is using the international media they control (the BBC, Financial Times, Murdoch Press, and so on), in their operation to create civil war in Iran. This was reflected in the way the media have spun the Friday speech by Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei on June 19th. While the press has treated the speech as uncompromisingly hard-line support for Ahmadinejad against the opposition, a reading of an unofficial translation of the speech shows it is more conciliatory than is being portrayed in the press.
In fact, the media are consciously distorting what Khamenei said. One of the more extreme cases is Britain's Financial Times, which, under the headline "Decoding the Supreme Leader's Message," lists several isolated quotes under which they give their own interpretation. For instance, at a point in the speech that Khamenei is highly critical of those, without naming names, who leveled insults against President Mahmoud Ahmedinejad, during the campaign, his remark is "decoded" to mean unequivocal support for Ahmedinejad. But in reality, the Financial Times and other media failed to report the rest of that passage, which expresses criticism of the slandering of Ayatollah Ali Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani, and then goes to great lengths to defend Rafsanjani's reputation, saying Rafsanjani is one of the foremost leaders of the Revolution, going so far as to say he "walked with the Imam [Khomeini] and he still does."
So, from the available transcript, the thrust of Khamanei's speech is, on the one hand, celebrating the fact of the election, with its high turnout, and especially the broad participation of the youth. On the other hand, he makes clear the current tensions are within the system. He said that the Western media, especially the British and Zionist media, are trying to create an image that there a struggle between those for and those against the system. He goes to some length to defend all candidates as loyalists to the Islamic Republic, pointing out that Mir Hossein Mousavi was Prime Minister in his own government, when he had been President himself.
Now somehow, I doubt that British PM Gordon Brown is really a friend of Mir Hossein Mousavi, the leading opposition candidate in Iran. It's just the usual chaos and confusion operation.

European Fantasies about Balanced Budgets
Europe is if anything more screwed up on the economy than the United States. At the Ecofin on Tuesday, the comedy of the absurd went on stage. Since all EU governments are over the 3% deficit (except Malta, Andorra, and Finland), the EU Commission is starting a procedure against 24 countries! Everyone is broke, everyone is bailing out the bankrupt banking system. (See link, LaRouchepac)
Christine Lagarde on one side, and Steinbrück on the other side, staged a fight on whether to lift the 3% cap, both of them on false grounds. Lagarde proposed that all interventions related to the crisis not be counted in the deficit; Steinbrück opposed it, as this would put no limit on money-printing. Neither of them pushed the right thing, i.e. lifting the cap on capital investments, and eliminating all imperial institutions. Time to invest in infrastructure again, give credit for the projects from national governments, for the next 50-100 years.

Did Obama Receive Sex Change in London
Did President Obama Receive A Sex Change In London, And Did His Wife Notice?
The American people have one month to defeat the Nazi health care plan that the Obama Administration has been given to pass through the Congress by the British financial oligarchy, on the behalf of the which, Obama not only supported the bailout in September 2008, but complicated it through both his stimulus package, and the continued bailout of the banks in the form of the GM bankruptcy, as well as the impending bailout of the health insurance "industry".
Stop and think: isn't it the case that the Federal Reserve extended $180 billion to AIG, which is not only not a bank, and therefore not insured through FDIC, but is an international corporation whose London arm was responsible for bankrupting the whole company through its credit-default swaps division headquartered in the City of London? Yet, isn't the Obama Administration now saying they are prepared to implement $300 billion in cuts to Medicare and Medicaid, the which programs are guaranteed by the government?
Stop and think: what does it mean to say, that you are going to cut health care costs by one third, and by as much as $2 trillion, and at the same time say that you are going to cover another 50 million people? Doesn't that mean, that everyone will have health insurance, but not health care? Doesn't that mean, that by increasing the power of the private health care "providers" (that is, predators), you are simply attaching a debt of the state to the insurance companies, to everyone in the entire United States? Aren't you just increasing the debt-burden of the population, and preparing to pay for the debt by forcing people to die, instead of giving them health care?
Stop and think: do you know of any example, of any society, in the which a crime like that of the Nazi doctors' imposition of euthanasia, was ever stopped, without, a vigorous campaign of exposure that was always protested by those that carried it out? We need everyone to wake up and smell the --carbon monoxide??
That's right--you can't wake up, and smell the carbon monoxide.. In fact, you can't smell carbon monoxide at all. So you have to act even though you don't smell the carbon monoxide, and you have to get people to act even though they may, of course, say that they don't smell the carbon monoxide, which will be true.
Whether Obama knows it or not, is irrelevant to whether his health care reform is fascist. Actually, if he doesn't know it, it's even worse than if he does. It would demonstrate that he, indeed, needs "adult supervision", before his willful blindness condemns the American population, and because of America's influence, the world, to an eruption of mass-murder that, whenever it takes place, is never fathered by any of the people that perpetrate it, according, that is, to them. Hitler blamed the destruction of Germany on the inferiority of the German people, and their cowardly inadequacy in the face of accomplishing his "world-mission". At the Nuremberg trials, virtually the entire Nazi high-command denied that they were committed to any form of mass murder as such. That, however, did not change the truth--just as, whatever one would prefer to think about Obama, that does not change the truth about what the impact of his health care plan, as described by Orzag and Summers, actually will be.
In this context, the 117-plus people that attended the last two Saturdays' events of LaRouche Pac, should take it upon themselves to give it a few days between now and the end of the month to go out on the street and sound the alarm, to work in the office (call 201-441-4888), to raise money and make interventions at the meetings that will be held over the next days.
(See http://www.my.barackobama.com). This is actually happening to you, your family, your neighbors, your nation. If we don't act now, this month, it will be too late.
Whatever trepidation we may have, should be "kicked to the curb". Remember the words of Adolph Hitler, at Nuremburg, September 3, 1933: "Only one thing could have broken our movement:if the adversary had understood its principle and from the first day had smashed with extreme brutality the nucleus of our new movement". We have to move now: we won't have a second chance, especially after the interventions in D.C.. June 2nd. "Once to every man and nation, comes a moment to decide". Is this our moment? Let's find out.

Slugging it out with the Lawyers
Lawyers are funny companies, but I am slugging it out with some of these firms in NY, about Contract attorneys. I don't know if it is worth the effort, but here goes. Next place to check out is Jones & Day, which is really mostly a Wash DC operation. The lady there is so stressed, but I don't think she is serious. Anyway, probably worth a try. But, it was exciting to talk to a real person, not a machine. She was giving me sympathy about how tough it is out there, but whatever. Some lady at Latham told me to contact someone else, who probably doesn't deal with contract attorneys anyway. Oh Well! I think I'll send the boss the name of a partner as well, WTF.
I talked to someone at a law firm. They are all so distracted. I wonder what this woman is like in real life. New York law firms are weird, but somehow the ones that are really headquartered in London, UK, center of the financial empire are more horrid. About to call Simpson Thacher. It was funny, there I was actually able to get to some real people. I guess that everyone important is in London. What I guy will do for a couple of dollars, sheesh!

GM Bankruptcy the Wrong Way
It's a GM bankruptcy the wrong way. This bankruptcy has only served the function of another bailout of the bankrupt financial system, starting with GMAC. Oddly, there are even links to the most degraded financiers to the General Motors bankruptcy. This includes the shadowy operator Mr. Ezra Merkin, who through his Gabriel Capital Corp. was channeling money to Cerebrus, one of the speculators involved in tearing GMAC apart. Mr. Merkin's other client was the infamous ponzi club schemer, Bernard Madoff. On the other side of the deal are so-called legit operators whose actions have had evil effects on the US economy, such as Felix Rohatyn, formally of Lehman Brothers. This is some of the same players in the real estate bubble.
The only solution to form a national infrastructure corporation, and used the idle plant and machine tools to make necessary infrastructure, from high speed rail to locks and dams.

Get Your Real Property Management On
Real Property Management is a necessity in many situations. You may have properties that need management services that are a long distance away from you. Or you may invest in properties in your vicinity, but not have the time or the ability to manage the property. When people think of property management often the first thing they think of is maintenance services, as in the Superintendent of a building. There are lots of other services to deal with such as accounting, collection of rents, and even evictions. Real Property Management is a company that has been in the business for over twenty years. They have offices in Kentucky, across the river from Dayton Ohio and also in Cincinnati and Columbus Ohio. They are specialists also in the renting of properties in Kentucky and large parts of the state of Ohio.

Then, following the lecture and questions, we shall tour the FDR Presidential Library and Museum exhibit of "THE FIRST 100 DAYS: ACTION, AND ACTION NOW."
Any citizen who goes to this exhibit will discover and understand the crucial difference between President Franklin Roosevelt's defense of the general welfare principle of the U.S. Constitution, and the dangerous policies being pursued by President Obama, in his administration's copying of the health policies of Hitler's Third Reich. The presentation will be given at 11:00 AM SHARP to 12:00 NOON. For more information call Jerry at 201-441-

India Doesn't Buy Economic Reforms
The mumble in Mumbai India, is that the economic reforms of the IMF and the US Capitalist class is now the road to suicide, not to reform. The Congress Party is bragging that under Indira Gandhi they were the ones to nationalize the banks. The BJP wants to protect the diamond industry. The smaller regional parties and the Communist party want even more protection. This may sound like socialism in the current jargon of newspeak, but it's only the latest form of the American System of Alexander Hamilton, and Friedrich List. The bottom line coming out even in the Indian press, is that India cannot boost its growth by increasing speculation.

Perfumes to Make Life Smell Good
What kind of evening perfume do you like? I used to like women who used Chanel #5, but that is a little old fashion. In Harlem NY and Bronx NY I'm happy if the lady that I am with using any perfume, something fruity is fine, especially lemony. So many women are so tough today that they don't like to wear perfume at all. That's how my girl is, she just won't wear anything. Ha ha.
Men wearing scents is pretty unnecessary except using a good basic deodorant soap is fine. That might sound a little macho, I guess I'm pretty old school. Still I would like women to try to use some of the new scents on the market, they don't have to be expensive at all. I just saw a new scent, at least to me, that is supposed to smell like a Tootsie Roll. That could be funny if you could actually place the scent. I also saw the Play-Doh cologne. I think if I smelled that on someone, I could recognize it.

Bronx Earth Day
On Sat. April 25th, there was a group manning a table was Youth Ministries for Peace and Justice as part of the South Bronx Earth day celebrations. This particular group was celebrating the opening of a new city Park in June, located at Whitlock, Westchester Ave. and Bronx River Ave, by the #6 subway. Group spokesperson Ms. Dawn Henning said that the park is at the site of a former cement plant. Youth Ministries is currently engaged in projects to reduce the pollution of the Bronx River during rainstorms and sewage overflow, and is located at 1384 Stratford Ave. by East 174th St, or call 718-328-5622.
A couple of bus loads of people went on the white-hulled boats of the Rocking the Boat Organization. These boats set-off propelled by oars from docks on the Bronx River near Lafayette and Edgewater Rd. From there they can go upriver to the Bruckner Blvd. landing station or to Soundview Park. This organization engages students in boat building and on-water education, and can be reached at 60 East 174th St, or call 718-466-2892. The Sustainable South Bronx Organization has watching and commenting on various environmental issues in the South Bronx, such as monitoring the NY Organic Fertilizer Company plant. They are also running a training program in green jobs called B.E.S.T. Trainees get free education on topics such as: basic building construction, energy retrofits, and helping homes to conserve energy. For more information, see www.ssbx.org. The Organization has started its first for-profit venture, SmartRoofs LLC, which installs green roofs that combine roof insulation, and the construction of urban agriculture or foliage on roofs. Their Fab-Labs or Fabrication Laboratories help create products from waste materials that come through the South Bronx. Nearby, the Green Workers Coops were promoting their large Green Home-Depot type store, Rebuilders Source at 461 Timpson Place, near East 147th St and Bruckner Boulevard, which recycles construction materials. For more information call 718-742-1111.

The Havana Film Festival NY at Bronx Museum

A special preview of the Havana Film Festival New York was an eye-opener at the Bronx Museum, on April 17th. First movie shown was: “Tengo Lo Que TenÃa/ I Have What I Had to Have” is a documentary of the life of the Cuban Diva, Xiomara Laugart. Xiomara is from Cuba and now based in New York City. She is very modest, saying that she has never been privileged; she is just “one more black woman who sings.” Xiomara is best known for her portrayal of the late Celia Cruz, the great Cuban salsa singer, in the Broadway play “Celia: A Musical Journey.” Xiomara is happy about her success and now is known as a singer of alternative Latin Music. Yet, for a long time she had “no house, and no car.” Directed in 2009 by Ms. Tané Martinez. This and the second film just about 15 minutes each.
The second film is “Pinchos y Rolos/ Hairpins and Rollers,” a hilarious comedy set in Washington Heights, New York City. Maria inherits a hair salon from her sister, but now must keep it going since her husband has left her. The short film goes through a week in Maria’s life with Maria opening with a song “How Unfair… you have been to me.” She comments, those we love the most are the ones that really make us suffer. Maria puts in an ad for a new hairdresser. After several incompetents, she gets a reliable looking young woman, and also a gay man who fits right in with the women. The hairdressers go wild when a “pretty boy” type comes in to seductively sell them hair care products. The salon temporarily turns into a small discothèque. The new female hairdresser, Dolores turns out to be a disaster, and finds out that she is pregnant. Maria ends on Saturday going out on a Romantic date with the hair products salesman. Directed by Freddy Vargas.

Has Earth Day really Helped?
Now with the real crash of the economy hitting, can we afford this malarky anymore? Global Warming stories abound, then we hear that NASA admits that the Arctic is freezing up more than ever. This is the ice age of human sanity I think.

The Energy Game and Behavioral Economics
Global Warming has been the battle cry for a while. It has been used as a battering ram of behavioral economics, as seen in the Obama Administration, and the new book called "Nudge" written by a close adviser the administration. Now we learn that
a continued low in solar activity and a disappearance of sunspots is to blame, for already ushering us into a cool phase. It doesn't have to be a new Ice Age, but it could be. The sunspot activity has not returned after 11 years. This is very serious, though I hear the polar bears are celebrating. That reminds me of the recipe for Global Warming Fudge... Anyway, this is just to beastialize people, that's all.

Rustic Furniture and a Down Home Feeling
Have you looked at some rustic furniture? You really get a comfortable down home feeling. It is nice and homey and it can give your home or "log cabin" a very authentic look. Liked a piece on the Scenicfurniture.com site called Rustic Carved End table, it is very nice. The Claro Walnut coffee table is even nicer. It is a big low table with the top made by one large piece of wood that is slightly irregular at the edges. This is fully handcrafted and admittedly it is not cheap at $1,999.00 but quality and fine design seldom are. This table has a 17 inch height and a top dimensions of 45 inches by 31 inches.
In fact, I don't think I have ever seen such homey, authentic and nice furniture like this before in my life. Another item to check out is the Rustic Log Cabin bed. It's part of the Eastern Red Cedar bedroom, so take a look.

Green Banana Leaf Currency
Maybe there is really a shortage of money to cover all those derivatives. What if no country not even the USA can get its tax payers to openly fund all this. Why not have the IMF make the Banana Leaf a currency, shall we say. That ought to get the greenie vote. A banana leaf over the debt bubble of 30 years is where it's at!!!
Isn't time to give up the United States dollar, and become a banana republic? This may seem far fetched, but it is part of the discussion at the last G-20 meeting. Don't blame this on Obama or even G. Bush. It's the system, and we have to have the courage to break with the system, or else. After all, Larry Summers is "an honorable man."
Will a green banana leaf currency be good for the environment? The plan is not explicitly about the environment but it calls for $250 billion worth of SDRs or Banana Leaf currency.: Italy's Il Foglio, a paper owned by Berlusconi's wife, features a similar analysis, primarily by reprinting an April 1 article from the Wall Street Journal, which was entitled The G20's Funny Money, under its own headline "The G20 and Bananalandia." ( Perhaps Ecuador or Costa Rica can cash in on their Banana skins.) The Journal article lambastes the SDR proposal, as "bits of paper printed by IMF officials in the basement," which nonetheless would commit the U.S. taxpayer to come to their support. In explaining how the SDRs work, the Journal notes that so far Congress has had to be consulted and that the last decision to increase the issuance of the pseudo-currency, taken by the Clinton Administration in 1997, has been blocked by the Congress. That proposal called for a doubling of SDRs from about 21 to 42 billion. The current proposal is looking towards 250 billion in SDR's as the first shot. Green is where it's at.

Obama Gotta go for Bankruptcy says Krugman
Time to issue a trillion for real contracts. And hey, President Obama, we are being cruel to be kind, because we want to save your administration and save the United States. Paul Krugman the Nobel Prize winner and columnist for the New York Times, has pointed out that the so-called Geitner Plan to buy up the toxic waste assets is insane. We need a bankruptcy reorganization now. This crap, this $1 trillion in toxic waste, credit derivatives, mortgage backed securities, etc. is not misunderstood, it is crap, as in the new toilet paper. It is worth nothing or close to nothing. Time for the bankruptcy reorganization and the Crime investigation for the corpses. Don't BS, just give me the money. There are lots of things to build, from cheap nuclear energy, to high speed rail and maglev trains. Do it, Obama baby. Time to throw Hedge Fund cultist , Larry Summers to the wolves, and out of the administration.

An Exchange on Economic Policy
Having an exchange on economic policy between two good guys is a good thing. That's what I see in the James Galbraith statements, and in the comments on them by LaRouche. The government can give out credit for new projects. It can even buy stock in banks and companies if they need some help, but what is the use of an endless multi-trillion dollar bail out? And the managements of these companies have not been fired even.
Of course the Government is going to have to issue trillions of dollars of credit, but why give it to a bunch of thieves? A publicly-owned bank like the FDR era Reconstruction Finance Corp. (RFC) can do the job much better and more efficiently. If the stock market crashes, we can create jobs, we can continue to exist as a nation.
Suggested reading on these topics is No Return to Normal, by James Galbraith.

Bronx Non-Profit Organizations Struggle
We in the South Bronx love our Non -Profit organization. Not all people are obsessed with "making money." Sure everyone has to pay their bill and make a living, but she also like to help the community, in health care, social services and education. These non-profit organizations range from big hospitals to tiny little day cares and artistic organizations. I went to a forum on this, the Bronx Forum on Friday, March 13th, sponsored by Hostos College, the Bronx Borough President's Office and the Jewish Community Relations Council. Of course, many of the foundations funding NPO activity are associated with corporations. A woman came to speak to the forum from the JP Morgan Chase Foundation, and she recommended that due to short funding in many areas, that NPOs should merge. Of course JPM has been doing a number of mergers itself this year, as with Bear Stearns, and WaMu, with a lot of help from dear old Uncle Sam. Oh well, it is time to build infrastructure and get people back to work.

Managing your Real Estate
Do you need Real Property Management in Ohio? A lot of people bought properties to invest in, even single-family houses and are now stuck with them? My friends do property management in Toledo, Columbus, Cleveland and Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. You might have bought some property during the height of the housing boom. You planned to flip it quickly and get rid of it and make some money. Sadly, things did not work out that way. Instead you got stuck with the property as prices rapidly headed downward. Now, the only choice you have is to put the property on the market as a rental unit. What if you have no time or experience managing rental units and being a landlord? The property that you bought may be in an entirely different section of the country than the one that you live in. This type of service is invaluable and can include tenant criminal background checks and more. Get maintenance services, accounting, financial reports. And if all else fails and you have a bad tenant, you can also get eviction services.

Blackpool Dance and the Bronx
The 74th Blackpool Dance Champs tape is up for sale. Lots of people like this old-style type of dancing in the Bronx and Manhattan, NY. My friend Bessie has a whole collection of Blackpool tapes she wants to sell on eBay.
This tape has highlights of the 74th Blackpool Dance Festival, the year is 1999, of the Finals of the Modern and Latin American dance competitions. A little bit of cha-cha and salsa, anyone? The tape in question has exclusive footage of Marcus and Karen Hilton's retirement. Shall we dance?

Real Estate Criminal Pardoned by Bush
Before the unlamented George W. Bush left office, he pardoned the real estate criminal Isaac Toussie of New York, New York. Then Bush was forced to rescind the pardon. In Toussie's real estate scam, 460 people were fleeced out of their life savings. Isaac is the 30-year old son of the real estate wheeler dealer Robert Toussie. The case was too hot for Bush to handle but it gives an indication of the love of the real estate bubble that existed in the Bush White House.
Toussie was sentenced to five months in prison and five months' house arrest in 2003, along with a $10,000 fine, but escaped having to pay restitution. The elder Toussie, Robert gave $28,500 to the Republican National Committee.

Scottsdale Arizona Real Estate
Have you ever thought to relocate to Scottsdale Arizona? If you don't have to relocate your career it may be the perfect place for you. In New York City right now, it was only 30-degrees Fahrenheit. It has been a pretty cold winter in New York, I have to admit.
The rest of today, it got warmer, but it rained. Now I hear it never rains in Southern Arizona and California, but perhaps it does rain a little bit in the winter. Anyway, if you can pay $549,000 or get a good mortgage, you can get a huge beautiful home in the Eagle Pass Development. These homes, I have to admit are rather huge, about 2300 square feet that is. That apartment has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths and a two car garage. Also, my friends at http://www.scottsdalefineproperties.com have a foreclosure divisions, where hopefully you can get some good bargains. Cash is king, and if you have it you can buy just about anything that you want, not just at Alice's Restaurant.

Infrastructure is Good, Pres. Obama
Pres. Obama, infrastructure is good, and we need more. This stuff about giving people some pocket money to buy some cheap imports at K-Mart, this is a waste of time. It seems that only 10% of the $787 billion package is comprised of what could be called infrastructure projects, such as highway and school repair.
An exception to the dominant approach, however, came from President Obama himself. According to Politico.com, the President insisted on the inclusion of $8 billion for the development of high-speed rail corridors around the nation, even maglev trains. Politico.com, reporting the story under the headline "Obama plots huge railroad expansion," quoted an Obama campaign speech: "The time is right now for us to start thinking about high-speed rail as an alternative to air transportation connecting all these [Midwest] cities." Presidential Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel said the President considers high-speed rail his "signature issue." We all riding on the Maglev, of love, and we can't turn back, except for hanging out in my pink Cadillac.

Home Owner and Bank Protection Act on the move

We all riding on a freeway;
Home Owner Protection- don't look back;
We all riding in the collapse;
Real fast in my Pink Cadillac;
The HBPA was continuing to draw support from around the nation. The idea is to freeze the mortgage debt and mortgage backed securities. Have people pay a reasonable rental payment. Keep the banks open by Federal decree and protection from usurious debts. There is not a moment to lose. In Florida, where the resolution has been introduced there are 41,000 foreclosures in process in Ft. Meyers, and chaos in the legal system of Lee County, the surrounding area.
The HBPA has been passed in a motivational resolution in Albany, NY, population 94,000 and capital of NY. Yeah, New York, home of Franklin Roosevelt.

Roughing it in Cabins in Minnesota
You might be interested in cabins for sale in Minnesota to buy for a vacation home. Who knows, if you are retiring, you may want to move there the whole year round. Frankly, many of these areas are strictly resorts area, since they may not have the infrastructure for year-round living, but that's OK. Minnesota has long been known as the state of 10,000 lakes and a great way to enjoy them is buy buying a cabin.
The other alternative is RV Lots Minnesota to buy or rent. RV lots are great, and then you can hit the road and go to another location when you want to see the sites or you are bored. The key thing is to find out about Minnesota vacation Property to buy and enjoy. On community to find out about is the Pinehaven Resort, which is located on the beautiful Blackwater Lake, which is in the famous Brainerd lakes area of Minnesota. There are two other locations in the central and northern parts of Minnesota.

Homeowner's Protection and Banks too
Me and my buddies have been warning you for a long time about the problem of the crashing home mortgage market. This is dangerous because there is the potential to destabilize whole portions of the cities and towns of America. When, foreclosures reach a certain level, homes just become abandoned, even where people were able to pay their mortgage. One of the reasons is that the home equity drops so low, that people figure they might as well abandoned their home and rent somewhere. That is what is happening in mass with foreclosures, in the exurbs of Fort Myers, Florida, and locations in the Sacramento Metropolitan area of California.

Austin Texas Homes on the Market
Are you interested in Austin Lakefront Property? With the market down, there are a lot of opportunities if you can get some cash or get a home mortgage. Austin is probably unique among large cities for the huge amount of Lakefront property that is available. Six lakes were created in downtown Austin by damming the Colorado River, and in addition there is Lake Lady Bird. A lot of homes on the market are in foreclosure or are already owned by the bank. That is what they call REO Properties. Austin Real Estate Owned REO Properties are for the taking, if you can handle it. And why not? These are not huge sums of money that we are talking about.
Austin has always been a bit of a "weird" city. There is a huge leftist, artist and progressive community, and it helps if you are gay-friendly as well. The city is a haven for the environmentalist movement, because the beauty of the city is its waterfronts and its feel for the environment. And if you like to go fishing, the largemouth bass are out and for catching. This message about Austin real estate is brought to you by some of my friends at http://www.century21ripley.com.

Sad Situation on Home Mortgages
There is a surely horrible situation with so many people losing their homes. In fact, 10 million or more families are losing their homes. This can be confusing, because only 2-3 million people lose their homes a year. Nevertheless, at least 10 million out of 65 million homeowners in the United States are actually in the pipeline to lose their homes unless this insanity is stopped.
Will Obama's 75 billion dollar proposal stop it? It's hard to say, I am waiting for some experts to evaluate it, but at first glance, it will not work. We need LaRouche's Homeowner and Bank Protection Act.

Show Your Stuff at Acobay
As you struggle with your mortgage, why not show your stuff at Acobay. Acobay is a very nice sharing site where you get to show your stuff and find out what everybody thinks about it. I already showed off my new cell phone that has the little fm radio in it and my computer and my watch and my laptop, and wow. I just showed off about all my possessions left, after I ran out of cash trying to pay my ballooning mortgage on my house. Now, if I have to put my house on that site it might be a problem.

Real Estate What Next
With the latest horrendous reports of breakdown of the real estate market, the future is uncertain. The NY Times had the reports of California and Florida, where boom towns like Mountain View, Ca. and places near Ft. Meyers, Fla. have houses that have gone from $300,000 to $100,000, which is a pretty big drop, plus there is little employment in these areas. The South Bronx and Mott Haven is supposed to be hot (link) but this sounds like a self-serving announcement.
The party is still supposed to be on for Kelly's Furniture store, on Bruckner Blvd, by Lincoln Ave. It is true that this neighborhood and shopping district is a short drive over the bridge from Manhattan and also has quick subway service fairly close. It is a lot cheaper than renting a $3,000 loft in Manhattan, but remember, the trends of the last five years mean nothing now that the bubble has popped.

Can You Get a Loan?
When you look at your personal finance do you need a loan? Take a look at a web site that my friends have pointed out, Money Now USA! These people can find you a loan. They have real loans with interest rates of 5% to 20% that you pay back over 1-4 years. Some of these loans that are over $10,000 are going to require a home equity loan, so be careful, you know what is at stake.
The other type of loan that you can get is a payday loan. Pay day loans are fairly small, that is about the size of a paycheck. They are also at higher interest rates and are paid back in a shorter time. Now, if you have a large interest rate you have to pay it back in a short time, unless you want the debt to pyramid. Debt pyramids seems to be the reason that the real estate market and many loan markets have gone bad, so it is a definite no-no.
This website seeks out the best lender for you. When taking a loan, as we say in New York City, look at your possibilities. Is this money something that you need right now, and that you can pay back and get over? Don't make the mistake of gettting a loan that you can't handle.

Macy's Not Keeping the Pace
The reports of store closing and firings from the Macy's Department chain underlie the hard crashing of the economy. With the liquidation of Circuit City, the empty store fronts are definitely reaching into the Bronx, and Manhattan and hitting commercial real estate. When will Obama finally break with consensus politics and declare that the whole system is bankrupt? Then he can have the Treasury Department issue new credit and begin to put America back to work. Of course, that also means a New Bretton Woods and the agreement for ending speculation from the USA, China, India and Russia, as a seed-crystal for the new monetary system.

Like the New Affordable Housing in the Bronx
There is new affordable housing in the Bronx. This development is called Intervale Green, and it is by Intervale Ave, and Louis Nine Blvd., in fact only a block away from the #2 and #5 subway lines. This is WHEDCo's super-greenie project. It is a normal and even nice new apartment building, 125-units, with lots of energy conservation features and natural lighting. The only downside is that with the real estate bubble, affordable housing has got a bit expensive to, $950 for a two-bedroom. Hope WHEDCo can help those single mothers out.

Mini Storage in the Urban Jungle
Yes, there is a lot of mini storage going on in the urban jungle. Often young people especially want to move downtown to be where the action is in New York City. They find that the apartments are tiny. Despite real estate going down, it is still pretty high in New York and other urban centers. Mini storage enables you to keep some bulky possessions and wait till you can afford a bigger apartment.

Citigroup is Exploding
Yes, Citigroup is a strange bank, the largest American bank. It has good sides and bad sides. It has released a plan to lower the interest on mortgages it has, and turn ARMs into fixed rate mortgages. Yet Citigroup seems to be on the point of splitting up. The Smith Barney investment house is to be sold or consolidated into Morgan Stanley. The Primerica Life Insurance, etc branch is to be sold. The asset management parts are to be split off from the global banking operations.

Bronx Real Estate Down

pix, source nytimes.com Yankee stadium.
The Brodsky organization admits that Bronx real estate is down, and can continue,
"on the way down, on the way. on the way down.
And I won't forget the bubble trouble.
I got ripped off , on the way down,
But I did lie too, bout my income, on that arm mortgage.
(spoof, on the way down, song)
There is still a lot of denial about the freeze up of the refinancing of the commercial real estate and all that. A lot of denial about the problems with the East River Plaza. Maybe problems with the new Yankee Stadium. Will people buy all the million dollar boxes>

Bad Medicine from Bernard Madoff, GMAC

GMAC is like Bad Medicine.
The system's bad medicine again. Shake it up.
Bernie Madoff's bad medicine.
Just another chance for a bailout again.
(spoof, Bon Jovi, Bad Medicine)
This has really been a case of insanity, with the Federal Reserve and US Treasury agreeing to let GMAC become a new "bank." At the chairmanship of GMAC is Ezra Merkin, (former?) Pres. of the 5th ave Synagogue in NYC, and a key conduit of funds into the crooked ponzi scheme of confessed crook, Bernard Madoff, and his $50 billion ripoff. Shake it up.

Madoff still alive, but that French Guy is Not
Madoff is still alive but the French guy, Rene-Thierry Magon de la Villehuchet is not. Another comment of interest is that the Madoff firm functioned as a banker for governments such as the state of Israel. In terms of the real estate collapse, victims include the Blumenthal Associates, and their project of the East River Plaza, in East Harlem. Also hit were their partners, Forest Ratner. So this is going to be a huge hit of real estate, both commercial and in places like the Bronx as well. It really is time for the Homeowner and Bank Protection Act.

Fraud, Bernie Madoff and More Fraud
Huge losses from Huge banks are being reported associated with the collapse of the Bernard Madoff firm, from the Lipstick Bldg., at the 17th floor of 885 Third Avenue, New York, NY. Like the SIV, Structured Investment vehicles, and the REITs, Real Estate Investment things, the question is, is this a real loss, or the exposure of a "black box" to hide bad losses at the Madoff Securities firm. Britain's Royal Bank of Scotland Group PLC and Man Group PLC, Spain's Grupo Santander SA, France's BNP Paribas and Japan's Nomura Holdings all reported that they had "been John's at the cutest little Ponzi Whore house on Third Avenue."
Man Group, the world's largest publicly traded fund manager that reported exposure of around $360 million on Monday, yes they say "we are only babes in the woods. We don't know nuttin'.
Banco Santander, the largest bank in the euro zone by market capitalization, said its clients have euro2.33 billion ($3.07 billion) in exposure with Madoff, mostly through a fund called Optimal Strategic US Equity. Another babe in the woods complains "we wuzz robbed." Same for Royal Bank of Scotland, and Nomura Holdings. Thieves like to pose as victims.

Fordham Road Bid Fights for Sales
The Fordham Road event was both a Christmas tree and street lighting event andalso the opening of shopping discounts running through December 21st at stores throughout the area. This event took place in a tent, on Fordham Road, from 7 pm to 9 pm, at Bryan Park, crossing Kingsbridge Road. Sponsors of the event include NY Councilman Joel Rivera, Monroe College, the Football Team, the Giants, La Calle Radio, and Banco Popular. Obviously, the merchants of Fordham Road, Bronx NY, would prefer if customers stay uptown for their Christmas shopping rather than going downtown or elsewhere in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. Commercial real estate prices have to be held up by some real sales, please, thank you.
There were two sets of choirs singing traditional Christmas carols, the Fordham University Gospel Choir, singing traditional songs like “Silent Night” and the Learning Tree Choir, which is a children’s choir. Kids also enjoyed the appearance of some librarians, who gave out children’s story books and read several stories to the children. Raffles were issued giving away various prizes. There was a guest appearance of NY Giant, Fred Robbins, the defensive captain of the Giants.
Plenty of coupons were given out by the Fordham BID, including free copies of “Time Out New York” magazine. Participating are 65 merchants from the Fordham BID, stretching from Jerome Avenue to Third Avenue, in a 10-percent discount offer until December 21st. You can present ads about this offer, and the ad is also downloadable from www.fordhamroadbid.com , or you can present a Metro Card, with some restrictions applying. Also look for extended shopping hours on Friday, December 19th, till 9 pm or later. Many small stores are participating in this offer and also larger stores like Best Buy, Footlocker, Modell’s Sporting Goods, Conway, and PC Richard Electronics. Even a couple of restaurants are participating like Best Italian Pizza, 200 East Fordham Rd., Splendid Deli, 387 East Fordham Road and KDY Fruit and Food at 2602 Grand Concourse. For more information about the Fordham BID, please call (718) 562-2104 or go to fordhamroadbid.org.

Police Gear and Real Estate Collapse
You never know, this real estate collapse may still in local situation becoming a police situation. It just may not be reported. You better have Surefire Flashlights if your riots are at night, so you, Mr. Policeman can see where you are going when you go to your confrontation of the little man who can't pay his bills. These lights can be used for civilian purposes as well, from the lapolicegear.com, my tough and rough buddies.
Why buy a Surefire Flashlight online? Well, for one thing, you will, for sure get your order filled in a brief amount of time, without hearing that the product that you need is out of stock. And second of all, these are the best flashlights in the world. These are Xenon Gas and Halogen lights that are just much more bright and powerful than anything that has been available before at a given battery power.
Of course, the next powerful technology that is coming to the world of lighting in a portable form is LED, Light Emitting Diode. These can last for hundreds of hours due to their super low use of electricity from your battery. Another thing to know about is lithium batteries, that are able to function well over a much wider range of temperature. With the winter coming, places in the northern United States can have night temperatures as low as 0-degrees Fahrenheit or even lower, so this is not a moot point, lithium batteries will give you top performance way over that of alkaline batteries in such an environment.

Real Estate Collapse and the World
The ongoing hitting of the collapse of the real estate bubble continues to have effects in the real world. Sheir Bair of the FDIC may say that she is helping 20,000 homeowners in trouble with Arms -- Adjustable Rate Mortgages-- associated with the taken over Indy Mac bank, but what about everyone else? What about the 2 million or so households who also need to be bailed out, or have the mortgages written off. You can put the mortgages in a freeze, like LaRouche's Homeowner and Bank Protection Act, and readjust them when the bubble finally goes all the way down.

Bailing Out Citibank but what of Housing?
Yes, it seems that to the tune of almost $300 billion, that Citibank has been bailed out. What relevance this has to the 1 million families who have lost their homes, and the 2 million more or so coming down the pike, I don't know. Yes, we have become slaves of the oligarchy again. Will Obama have the courage and the balls to lead an American Revolution against this disgusting debt slavery? We at realestate crash now do not know the answer, but at least we are smart enough to ask the question. And the best answer it seems is to freeze the mortgages, stop the foreclosure on family occupied homes, and take a few years for the whole thing to sort itself out. Not just let the interest rate go down, but after a few years of rental payments, let the principal go down too to "market levels." see Larouchepac for more.

Citibank and the Tank
Less Citibank has really tanked, and the real crash is upon it. I don't know what to do except put the damn thing through bankruptcy. The BS keeps flowing, but 1 million and more families have already been thrown out of their houses. Meanwhile Citibank is getting $269 billion in cash and loan guarantees. And this is still called capitalism? What a joke, this is the bailout empire of hyperinflation, on our way to a Weimar Germany or Fascist future. Tell Obama it is time to pull the trigger on the Anglo-Dutch oligarchy. It's way beyond real estate.

Real Estate and the Walk Away
Just walk away Renee. If you can't pay that mortgage, what can you do. There is a limit to torture, next stop is the Bronx Zoo, because they're after you. When things get really bad, it is time for a Forensic Loan Document Review. Get some help to get a real Home Loan modification. You can, for real, get Foreclosure Protection.
The script is that you bought into the real estate market to invest, or you bought your own house within the last ten years. You find it impossible or verging on the impossible to pay your mortgage payments on time. You also have little or no equity value in your home. This happens in many cases. People have gotten into Interest/Only loans and Adjustable Rate Mortgages. They have been having fun for 5 years, and now are getting hit with high monthly payments, and in addition have little or no equity in their home. They are having trouble selling for a decent price.
You have got nothing to lose and nothing to prove, and want to find a legal and easy way to walk away from this lousy investment. It really wasn't so bad, because they got to live in or rent out a house in many cases for 5 years or so, and now it is the end of the line. This is advice from my friends at http://www.youwalkaway.com and they mean business.

Collapse Continues at AIG
With the collapse continuing, the expenses are mounting. The news from Yahoo is that another $40 billion has been expended in the bailout of AIG insurance company. This money is then disappearing in the black hole of the Cayman Islands centered, no tax paying derivative credit swap market. Other derivatives may be involved as well. The real question is when is the system finally going to be put into bankruptcy and this foolish bailout game ended? Derivates don't exist, and can be legally made to not exist anymore, to be illegal, and to go away. Of course, the real estate, the mortgages are going south as well at a fast speed.
