This product Freeze-It could be very helpful. I have a friend, Jesus Martinez, who just participated in the Tour de Bronx, on October 21st, which is a 25-mile bicylcle ride. He did this despite suffering from significant knee pain. Of course he uses various rubs and also just taking acetaminophen, but an improvement could be extremely useful. He gets pains from running and also due to the fact that his work as a clerical worker means spending long hours sitting at a desk. The sudden strain of exercise, even with a warm-up period can be difficult to adjust to.
The product, Freeze It, promises to be good for sore muscles and sprains, back, shoulder, arthritis and knees. Yes, if you are riding a bicycle, knees are definitely the thing. I have another friend who is a housekeeper, and is having significant problems with her knees. I tell her that going to the gym and swimming is essential, but I bet this product Freeze-It Gel would do her a lot of good too. Freeze It is available at Rite Aid, CVS and Wal-Mart. So it basically seems like a good idea.
Winning a year's supply of Freeze It Gel would definitely be something that even I could use, since being an office worker, I get stuck in an office and don't get the quantity of exercise that I should. A little bit of this stuff on my back and shoulders could go a long way. And I could share it with Jesus (Heezooz) and my other friend, and will. Exercise and training can be helped by using Freeze It on your leg or shoulders during your cool down period. It is said to be save to use this product four times a day, obviously there is a limit to use of any medicated product. It is also recommended for rubbing on aching joints before one goes to sleep. It is available in a 3-ounce roll-on size, and also in a 4-ounce tube to rub onto yourself.
Doing training and exercise is not something only for the young. Us older people like to exercise and stay in shape. Riding a bike to work is a great way to get daily exercise if that is possible for you. Look at the recent Tour de Bronx bicycle tour in the Bronx and also the November 4th New York Running Marathon. Lots of people in the forties and fifties and older were in these events. You can't expect to go these heights without some aches and pains. And who doesn't eventually suffer some form of arthritis. So to review: freeze it can help you with KNEE pain, listen up bikers and runners, as well as back pain, shoulder pain, and arthritic pain in many joints. And like they say in all forms of sports and life in general; Dare to Struggle, Dare to win.

A Misunderstanding? or a Genocide Genesis?

So you think there is some of misunderstanding;
There must be some kind of mistake;
They're predicting six feet of water;
That's a fake;
The IPCC mafia just wants an excuse;
To kill and torture billions it seems;
What do you expect from the scientists of the oligarchy;
Filling in some Bertrand Russell, British Dream;;
How can these crazies at the IPCC actually threaten us with the fantasy of six foot waves and be taken seriously. Remember my friends that YOU emit Carbon Dioxide too. Maybe, they want to eliminate you? Did you ever think about that?
Plus, as is well known , CO2 is a kind of gaseous fertilizer, more of which will make plants grow throughout the world. Without CO2, plant life and animal life would not exist on the planet Earth. Some pollutant.
Sherwood Idso and company have shown that from the astro-physical data, even with a doubling of CO2 (which by the way, may never happen), there would only be a maximum theoretical increase in temp of an average of 0.4-degrees Celsius. And water vapor would tend to LOWER it, by making cloud cover. The basic fraud of the IPCC, is they take a little bit of theoretical warming, and then amplify it by a factor or 10 or more, by saying the extra water vapor from the small degree of temperature rise would amplify the temperature rise by that much. Make sense? It does to a computer. They call that garbage in, garbage out.
Perhaps, they lost so much money on Florida real estate, that the scientists and politicians of the IPCC (Intenational Piss Crisis Committee) are worried about loosing 3-inches more of Miami shoreline.

Lifehouse or Lifeboat for the Bankrupt Economy?
pix at http://music.clevver.com/
Have you been looking for something;
That you're afraid to see?;;
A way to save the world that’s broken;
A dark age bursts extremely;;
Looking at war, Iran on my breath
Is it connected to the financial system’s death?
Take a chance to see the connection inside;
I'm feeling the 50 trillion in cash again
As fast as Ben prints hundreds to fins
Feeling the crash, she said, for the first time
Maybe I'm wrong, Sick shooters fright;
Killing with pessimism, threaten tonight;
Like Michael Milliken destroying last time
The world that could blow up now;
Can be saved by action now;
Waking me up from dreaming
FDR solutions in my eyes;
Looking at you, holding my breath
For once in my life I'm scared to death;
We're crashing;
Into the dark age;
We're lost in this;
Can’t we get back home;
Killing with pessimism, threatens tonight;
Worse than Michael Milliken destruction last time;

The scariest part of the “Global Warming Scare” is that it is used to create a huge amount of pessimism in the population. Many efforts to feed the hungry of poor nations have been subverted and destroyed by “appropriate, green technology.” First nuclear power was trashed, now even burning coal has become a crime. This is against the ideas of Vernadsky, the great Russian bio-chemist, and the idea that man and his technology actually helps develop the no-osphere, the part of the earth affected by man’s mind.
Instead, look at the on-surge of the dark age, which ties together recent events typical of New York's and London's financial center, with both the Jokela High School massacre, and the very ugly death of a young English woman, in Perugia, Italy. All three of these and comparable signs of these, our present times, mark these reported events as sharing the characteristic of the events which a judge in Perugia reported, as driven by an ostensibly uncontrollable yearning for an "extreme" quality of existentialist experience, by at least some among the surviving participants. These are experiences which, when combined, might be described as a kind of dionysian event expressing some particularly worrying characteristics of our presently onrushing, global "new dark age."
Such horrible personal extremism is promoted by MySpace and through other social networks. Yet, Hank Paulson, printing endless dollars to keep a bankrupt system going, isn’t this also extreme? The extremes of the system are hitting everyday people. These are omens, like the soothsayer saying "Beware the Ides of March" in Shakespeare's Julius Caesar.
Now the latest, is that Cong. Chaka Fattah is calling for a 6-month moratorium on mortgage foreclosures. Now all we have to do is protect the banks too, with the HPBA

Color Candles are Really Nice
Getting these colored candles was really special. I've had the candles before where they light each other again through sparks, but never where the actual flame is blue, orange, etc. Color flames colored candles are really great, and you can get yours at a low price. Think how special that could make some one's birthday party. I know that when I use them for my 5-year old son's birthday party, he will really get a kick out of them.
Vat 19 Holiday Product Sampling has a lot of nice stuff to look over. Other items are smencil, scented pencils, and fake snow. Since, in New York City it doesn't snow for a while, I think this product could be especially fun.
Some of the items offered seem incredibly futuristic, like the Invisible Floating Bookshelf But isn't that what the holidays are for? Happy Holidays!

How come the system keeps on crashing?
Radiohead- 15 Steps
How come the bankers keeps on jumping?
How come the loose money just don’t kick in?
Won't take my eyes off the pump again
Pumping out those billions to bail it out;;
How come I end up where I started?
How come I end up where I went wrong?
It won't work to bail it out again
Weimar Germany bail out then you cut the string
You used to be alright
What happened?
Did Greenspan get your tongue?
Did your bailout come undone?
One by one
One by one
It crashes for us all
It's hard as a rock to fall;
You used to be alright
What happened
Et cetera, et cetera
Facts for whatever
Some simple steps
To stop the sheer drop
How come I end up where I started?
How can I end up where I went wrong?
I’ll go back to the policies of FDR again;
Home and Bank Protection Act, pull the string;
With the most recent big credit write downs and losses among the big banks coming from HSBC and Barclays, and Citigroup now having to pay 2% above the Treasury interest rate in order to borrow, the Federal Reserve made another huge injection of short-term money into the banking system yesterday.
"This a 'free-fall' level of money printing," economist Lyndon LaRouche commented of the Fed's actions. "This is an echo, though under different circumstances of the desperate money-printing efforts of the Reichsbank in Weimar Germany, during the hyperinflationary blowout year of 1923."
According to Reuters, the Fed's $47.25 billion bailout injection today was the biggest since Sept. 19, 2001, after the terror attacks, when markets were nearly in free-fall and short-term lending rates were shooting upwards. Big banks continued to report big losses. The City of London giant Barclays Bank took a write down of $2.7 billion in mortgage-based assets for the third quarter.
Meanwhile, the Flint, Michigan city council was happen to hear about the Homeowner and Bank Protection Act (HBPA) from the Larouche Youth Movement. Flint is known as the scene of the Michael Moore movie, “Roger and Me”, as a former auto and other manufacturing hub, now hit hard by the real estate collapse and other forms of economic devestation. Already, the HPBA has been passed by nearby Pontiac, Michigan.
It has also been passed in a total of six cities nationally.

Bronx Head Start Program Honors New "Author"
Bronx, NY,NY, November 14th, 2007- Aminata Sillah, a 10-year-old, was honored at an event at 1125 Grand Concourse, in the Andrew Freeman Home, now the home of senior services and the Family Preservation Center. She wrote a short book that was published and also printed in multiple copies for the Headstart Center, a government program for 3 and 4 year olds. Aminata is a fifth grader at P.S. 218 in the Morrisania section of the Bronx. Her story is called “Playing with the Bees” and it was published through Think It Ink It Publishing, a group that provides professionally illustrated books so children can write their own stories to go with the pictures. Parents and children can have these books self-published. For more information on the company, see www.thinkitinkitpublishing.com . The story book is a pretty book of illustrations of a child in a tent, and then watching bees, and so on, but the story is all by Aminata.
Aminata herself is a former Headstart student. Dr. Alice Wilder, a founder of Think It Ink It, met Aminata while doing research on which illustrations to use to stimulate children to write books, working with kids at the WHEDCO after-school program.
Aminata’s story telling talent stood out. Dr. Wild stated that “our books are a great inspiration and creative writing tool, particularly for children who find writing challenging. Once they see the pictures in our story books, they are often motivated to write and some children, like Aminata, are producing wonderful stories.” Aminata’s mother spoke briefly, as did Aminata’s aunt, who came to the event all the way from California. For the afternoon program, first Aminata sat at a table outside the room and both sold and signed copies of her book, and she was also photographed by local press. Then there was a program honoring her, for the current students of Headstart. The program was opened by Ms. Carol Gaskill, director of the Headstart Program and Aminata’s current teachers also spoke. Her teacher Ms. Campbell said that “she always has a story. When her mommy was pregnant, she had a story about the baby. Aminata is always eager to learn,” and also helps calm down other students when they become restless. Aminata and her family are from Gambia in West Africa. She helps translate what teachers say into her native language for other children in her class from the Gambia area. Aminata is thinking about writing another book, this one possibly in Spanish. She speaks three languages, English, Spanish and her native language Soninke. She is planning to be a teacher when she grows up, and now would like to be an author as well.
The Family Preservation Center (FPC), the host of the event, aims to strengthen families. The FPC integrates services including immigration services, comprehensive case management, job readiness and training, housing placement, early childhood services, (Head Start, Child Care, and Universal Pre-K), WIC, and an array of youth and community development programs.

Do Some Bush Bashing
Note: this is a non-sponsored review of the website www.cafepress.com/beatbushgear.
One of the offerings is a Cheney-Satan bumper sticker. Frankly, I don't think that's a strong ticket. Perhaps Giuliani- and Norman Bates might have more local color. That is not a bad website, cause they link to all the move on types, even though personally I prefer larouchepac.
.
We still do need to impeach Cheney, since everyday he is in power means more war danger. Also, he will do nothing to freeze the unpayable mortgages, the whole real estate bubble is out of control. The crash of the real estate bubble has only just begun. Already 4 cities, including Pomona, California and Gary, Indiana, have passed resolutions supporting Congressional action on the Homeowners and Bank Protection Act. See larouchepac for details.
With the current moves of the indictment of Bernard Kerik, Giuli's crony, the self-destruction of the Giuliani campaign has begun. Does that mean that Michael Bloomberg will run for President as a Republican after all?

Coupons are Fun
In this day of budget balancing and inflation, any monetary boost is worth checking out. Coupon Codes can give you what you need. These days lots of people like to read and Amazon dot com is not only books, but all sorts of CDs, music and other stuff. And you can save money by using coupons, check it out.
With the cold coming on, you may want to stop at Old Navy and before you do your internet order, pick up some coupons as well. Check out a cute website with a natural North Carolina theme, ncnatural.com, with lots of environmental related stuff too. I liked the events calender and the autumn folk lore. Now I just wonder how the real estate market is doing in North Carolina?

The Financial System is Finished
No amount of small minded complaining will change a thing;
No tax cut or interest cut will do it!
Any tax cut you do would just create funds, that would be quickly sucked to the Cayman Islands;;
The offshore system centered in the City of London, has taken over the dollar system totally;
And now the pyramid is crashing, with trillions disappearing,
No tax cut would mean a thiiiiiing;;
Except to steal all social programs and housing and food, and continue to impoverish totally;;
The lower, lower 80-percent of the population,
which is feeling the heat economically, and would be strangleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeed by such lunacy!!!!!!!
Yes Maria Callas, your portrayal of Anna Boleyna will be immortal, the one you did in 1957 at La Scala, in Milan. And the British oligarchy that cut off your head, Miss Boleyna, is quite similar to the current British oligarchy and their American offshoots, who seek a dictatorship, to somehow prop up their bankrupt system.
Only first creating a firewall, to stop the mass foreclosure and eviction of Americans will deal with the crime now. And the banks in turn must receive reasonable rent payments while the value of houses and mortgages is sorted out, and must be protected by the US Treasury and government from collapse. Until you shut down the Cayman Islands centered hedge fund groupings of the casino gambling-like speculative system, nothing will work.
As far as tax cuts, we need some major tax INCREASES, and then exemptions, if money is invested in infrastructure and other needed programs. We need the tradition of George Washington and Alexander Hamilton and the National Bank, last fully revived by Frank D Roosevelt, for national sovereign credit DIRECTED to necessary activity, like advanced technologies in energy, transport, etc. We need a NEW BRETTON WOODS reorganization of the international financial system, to keep the US Dollar at parity levels with other major currencies, and with Russia, China, India, Europe and, build great projects, like the infrastructure project known as the Eurasian Land-bridge. This includes a rail tunnel under the Bering Straits between the USA (Alaska) and Siberia (Russia). Then we may have a future as a United States, and as humanity.

Hotel Reservations, when you gotta get away
It doesn't have to be hard to make Hotel Reservations and let's face it, some times you gotta get away. At this great website,hotelreservations.com, you can reserve not only hotel rooms, but also jet flights and rental cars.
For example, say you want to book a hotel room in Orlando, Florida. It's getting chilly in the Bronx, NY, so I just might have to do that. You enter the time period, say sometime between Nov. 30 and Dec. 2nd, and enter that it is for two (hopefully consenting) adults in one hotel room. You get the Carible Royale, which is right near downtown Disneyworld, and only costs an average nightly Rate of $143.20.
Location. Located less than two miles from Downtown Disney and the Disney theme parks, the Caribe Royale Orlando (Fla.), set on 45 lush acres. Some of the days are slightly less, etc., but here is the big whoopie. You get a 20-percent discount by booking early. How Great! Even cheaper is the 42-acre Wyndham Orlando Resort in Orlando, Fla., sits on a tranquil, lagoon-laced oasis two miles from Universal's theme parks and 12 miles from Walt Disney World Resort, for the incredibly low price of $84 a night. So, you can see that getting away have never been easier. So let's look at the two other elements of our wonderful trip, other than little things like paying admission to Disney World, buying souvenirs and eating.
Next I proceeded to choose a flight for my journey of my two consenting adults. Notice I don't say very much about these adults, after all they are adults and should know what they are doing. I can't get a flight for this short trip but, I did get one for coming back 10 days later. Oh well, the office will just have to survive without me. It comes out to be $399.00, for round trip, two adults to Orlando (MCO) from Newark NJ airport. That is a very good deal, only $200 per person, round trip. After all, I wasn't planning to move to Orlando. This is with times, airline, flight numbers and everything. All I have to do is get out the old credit card and buy the tickets.
Now, let's look at the rental cars. At Simply Wheelz, I can rent an economy car for a mere $238 a week, including tip, tax, everything. Of course when you rent a car they say like $150, but then you have to make sure the insurance is straight and what not. And this is an actual economy car that you can reserve and get into your hot little hands when you get to Orlando (MCO) Airport. So have a happy trip, and if you like you can calculate what this entire caper is going to cost you. I'll leave that to you, I've got to run... I have some foreclosed real estate to check out.

Meeting on Housing in the Bronx, NY
NY State Assemblywoman Aurelia Greene chaired a panel of experts, in late October, at the Andrew Freedman Home, at 1125 Grand Concourse. Several hundred people attended to hear about issues like the sub-prime mortgage crisis and the Mayor’s plan to expand housing, at various workshops. Dealing with housing issues can be bewildering with the large number of government and private non-profit agencies involved. Problems range from how to buy a new home, to getting heat and hot water, to avoiding foreclosure.
Mr. Greg Fewer spoke for the Department of Housing and Community Renewal, DHCR, on the basics that people have to know about apartments, such as, are they rent-stabilized units? Especially at the time of renewal of leases, people can file a complaint against high rents, a “Rent Overcharge Complaint.” Other complaints that can be made at any time include, about getting enough heat, and fixing something that is broken. Mr. Fewer had a supply of complaint forms available. For forms and other information, log on to http://www.dhcr.state.ny.us/ or call 1-866-ASK-DCHR, (866-2753427). Mr. Fewer has heard many complaints about sub-prime mortgages and is forwarding complaints to the Banking Department of the NY State Attorney. Obviously, the issue of foreclosures and fraudulent subprime mortgages was on the panel as well as the onlookers' minds.
Mr. Kenneth Small was on the panel, representing the CAB (Citizen’s Advice Bureau). His organization at 1130 Grand Concourse, maintains a “Home Base” program, to help tenants get out of homeless shelters. Ms. Katie Bukofzer represented the NYC HPD (Housing Preservation and Development). She was asked about the level of income needed to get subsidized apartments, which can be too high for families that are homeless or on the brink of homelessness. She answered that to provide more and larger subsidies for rent and owning apartments, she needs more funding. Randy Quezada, of the Department of Homeless Services received complaints in the question period, that many people feel they are not treated properly by his agency. He spoke about the case workers who get burned out from not having the resources to solve many homelessness problems. The Mothers on the Move representative spoke about their organizing to maintain Public Housing Units. They and the Environmental Justice Committee can be reached at 718-842-2224.

Reading Help Can Make a Difference
I know how rough it can be when your child have trouble reading. What you made need are Reading Tutors and they are available at Score Learning Centers. I had a lot of problems with my 12-year old boy, Ash until he went there. They seem to work, it takes anything from phonics for really bad cases, to learning how to use a dictionary and update the student's vocabulary on a regular basis. Children can be run age 4 to 14 and there are locations around the country.
In today's tough economy, after the mortgage bubble went down, you want your children to have decent academic performance, and if you can't make the change, get someone qualified to do it for you.

Since 2005
On the border (of economic and financial collapse).
Here's a song about the collapse, which seems to be accelerating, and has been going on since 2005:
Seems the banks went down quickly;;
They go lickety split lee;;
Writing down some more loans;;
Forty billion in assets;;
Getting so smashed then;;
Lord knows, it is really a mess;;
Morgan Stanley made a bad bet;;
On all that sub-prime stuff yet;;
And AIG Insurance did it too, 3 billion more of goo;;
Lord they don’t believe the pyramids falling stronger;;
Soon you will see, that the collapse’s getting longer;;
Six in the morning;
Became three with no warning;
As the writedown continued on;;
Now the people all cursin’ me;;
Pensions were looted, see;;
We need an FDR central stuff;
And now the sun's comin up
No more of that lady luck
Industry, rail roads cars and trucks;
National credit made;
For the things that we need;;
Just a-wishin' the game continued longer;
Lord, don't you know the crash gettin' stronger;
What are the Congressmen and Women afraid of? The real estate bubble started deflated sometime in 2005, and the larouchepac.com got out tons of literature telling people the bubble was going to collapse. Why did they not act?
It's a little thing called the truth about 9-11 (2001). This terrorist act was abetted and in some way or other actually organized within the United States Military Command, for allowing the Bush-Cheney administration to go with the policies that Cheney wanted to go with, which were endless war and in effect, dictatorship. That is permanent rule by emergency decree.
What is the evidence? How about all this stuff about in England about the BAE (British Aerospace Enterprise) and their $2 billion in bribes (actually slush funds) to Prince Bandar of Saudi Arabia. And you remember the 9-11 hijacker bodies were 15 out of 19 Saudi nationals, with the other 4 brought in by them.
Now Prince Bandar himself is saying Saudi intelligence warned the USA about 9-11 before hand. Perhaps they furnished the tools, but not the controls. See the link, Really Long Link for more juicy stuff.
So that is the terror in Congress we have to break through to solve the financial crash, the mortgage crisis, the real estate crisis, etc. Meanwhile, gold is heading to $1000 an ounce.
http:// www.nostalgiacentral.com/ music/ol55.htm Ol 55 is a parody band out of Sydney Australia. Any recent reincarnations of it? See the link.

Car Deals are a Steal
Everyone is looking to save money, now that prices even for things like food are going up. How about a Honda Car Quote to set your mind at ease. It seems the hottest car at Carblvd dot com, is the Honda CR-V, a very economical car, and a real cross-over between the small car category and the SUV type of car. And if you go to this site, you can actually learn a lot about car maintenance and car repair at their online car maintenance 101 course. You can get a free quote on a new car, and learn about car insurance and a lot of other things at car buying sites on the internet.
Another necessity of life, if you want to buy a new car, or often, even a good used car, is to get a car loan. With today's tighter credit market, this can be more difficult than it used to be, but it's definitely not impossible. In fact, at many car dealerships, both online and offline, the only necessity to get a car loan is to have a regular paying job and salary.
So, if the price of oil could stop going up toward $100 and more a barrel, all of your problems would be solved.

Can We Pacify the Population?
Picture from: http://www.zulunation.com/afrika20.jpg, Africa Bambaataa
see http://www.zulunation.com/afrika.html
Whether the authorities can pacify the population, in this time of economic and financial collapse is an open question. The real estate bubble has reached even to the South Bronx, where following from Harlem in Manhattan rents are up. Nevertheless the party goes on.
The Hip Hop Nation enjoyed a party at the Bronx Museum, at 1040 Grand Concourse, Friday night November 2nd. This is third offering of the First Friday program which will continue at the beginning of each month featuring film and video screenings, art performances, music and other special events. This month’s event, “Bronx Rap is Back” was a celebration of Hip Hop History Month. The event was made in honor of the Bronx’s own Afrika Bambaataa and the Zulu Nation and was a totally free, public event.
The night featured Latina turntablist DJ Chela spinning old and new school hip hop mixed with go-go, dancehall, and salsa; the Puerto Rican/Dominican lyricist Patty Dukes from the Bronx performing with the emcee RephStar; the hip hop trio Rebel Diaz rhyming about immigration, politics and life in the South Bronx; Eli Efi, of Brazil, rapping in Portuguese with DJ Laylo spinning a blend of samba and salsa; and the Spanish rapper El Meswy, mixing a Latin vibe with a hardcore New York hip hop style.
Here’s a little about Mr. Afrika Bambaataa, also known as Bam, known as the “Grandfather” and “Godfather” of Hip Hop Culture as well as “The Father of The Electro Funk Sound”. His network is the Zulu Nation, inspired by studies of African history. The Zulus are a famous warrior tribe in South Africa who defeated the British Empire several times. As Bam continued his deejaying, more DJs, rappers, break dancers, graffiti writers, and artists followed him and became members of the Zulu Nation. The official birthday of the Universal Zulu Nation is November 12, 1973, and November has been designated Hip Hop culture month.
Bam and other music stars worked on the anti-apartheid album Sun City with Little Steven Van Zandt, Run-D.M.C., and Lou Reed in 1985. By 1992, Bam had his own Planet Rock Records label, and in1994 Bam and his SoulSonic Force put out the album "Lost Generations". In that same year he began deejaying on radio station Hot 97 FM. For more information see http://www.zulunation.com/afrika.html.
Ariel Fernandez is the producer of the First Friday series at the Bronx Museum, and his production company is Asho Productions. Hip Hop, he says, has four elements: rap, the DJ, the MC and break dancers, though it wasn’t possible to bring break dancers on Friday. Consolidating Your Debt
In our hyperinflated economy, the amount of debt is beyond belief. You should try to consolidate your debt, if you want to be able to continue to have credit, for mortgages, cars and so on. Debt Management is a new thing to learn about, in fact they call it a debt management plan. The idea is to save time by being able to pay your debts rapidly. Often these can involve a home equity loan, in order to get a lower rate of interest.
Being overwhelmed by debt can be a distressing experience. You may need creditor harassment help in order to be able to not be overwhelmed by harassing phone calls and the like. There are a number of credit counseling agencies that you can be referred to. They can give you a lot of advice that is useful. You need to learn to make up a monthly consolidated budget. Then you have to decide what are your priorities in case there is some type of emergency that forces you to divert some money. You have to learn how to save some money each month and not touch the money unless there is an emergency and it is absolutely necessary. Learning to fix your debt problem is not just a simple thing of consolidating your debts and getting lower interst rates, because you have to make sure that it never happens again that you are in such dire straits.
Is debt consolidation really such a good idea? Of course it is. It can even enable you to avoid bankruptcy, which in any case, is not as great as it used to be. Even if you are not able to get a home equity loan there are other ways to get low interest loans, if you are careful. One of these are the famous teaser rates, also known as introductory rates on new credit cards. These are low rates for only six months to a year, so you cannot go on like this forever, this is a breathing space, a place for you to start. In this time of the financial bubble, don't lose everything, get yourself together. Since filing for bankruptcy can destroy your credit for years, you may be able to avoid this if you work with debt management. Of course, after the subprime mortgage loans collapse, the amount of credit that will be issued with no or few questions asked is bound to decline.

Baby, It's a Crash Again
Bear Stearns going bankrupt was real scary;;
Like a crazy speculative dream;;
Now we see the losses of Merrill and Citi in their suicide machines
SIVS without the credit to exist,
Federal regulators sure are getting pissed,
The financial system has the AIDS virus—Wooow!
Baby we need an FDR bankruptcy,
It's a death trap, it's a suicide rap,
$700 trillion in derivative, you see;;
`Cause tramps like us, baby we’re as broke as can be;;
Wendy, I wanna sell you a hamburger;
And maybe a house too-- guard your dreams and visions;;
But the mortgage bubble has just started crashing;;
It’s the death of the sub-prime rip-off;;
I’d like to pretend to own a big house;;
But the mortgage’s getting bigger, I feel lie a big louse;;
Wooow!
I now it’s out on the wire that dude will resign;;
You know Prince and Merrill’s Stanley, jumping out over the line;;
But I gotta find out how bankruptcy feels;;
I want a New Bretton Woods;;
And find out that new credit is real;;
Beyond the Palace, Cheney screams he wants a new Iran war;;
And Pelosi mumbles excuses, like a Felix Rohatyn whore;;
The Nuclear War plan sticks out bold and stark;
And my Fallout suit is ready;;
I wanna die with you Wendy on the streets tonight;
From an airborne deadly virus;;
So we gotta reorganize Baby;
Bankruptcy, that is the plan we run;;
Cmon Wendy, bankruptcy could really be a lot of fun!!
Lyndon LaRouche today strongly chastized those who have attacked him, for repeatedly warning that the entire global financial and monetary system is hopelessly, irreversibly bankrupt, and must be put through a bankruptcy reorganization to begin a process of global reconstruction. "... that Merrill Lynch and Citicorp, are in dire crisis and have chosen to fire their CEOs," LaRouche said, "just serves to underscore that I have been right, and all of my critics have been wrong to the point of clinical insanity." LaRouche noted that Bloomberg was reporting on Nov. 4 that former U.S. Treasury Secretary Robert Rubin is likely to be brought in as the "interim" chairman of Citigroup.
LaRouche cited his now famous Triple Curve Function, as the reference point for understanding the scale of the financial and physical economic breakdown process that has entered a new, accelerated phase in recent weeks. The gist of Triple Curve is that the cash printed and created electronically, is growing even faster than the Outstanding Financial paper. And of course, in the meantime, physical production continues to collapse. It's like the idiocy of the real estate market, selling old houses and old junk for more and more, till it crashes.

Stephen King's the Mist
The Mist by Stephen King, the new Stephen King movie,is about a father, who takes his boy to the market, leaving his wife at home while a mist is approaching. The book is rather horrifying, and the movie promises to be even more horrifying. It is a movie about human survival, even if you have to do horrible things in order to survive. David Drayton is the father, and his young son's name is Billy, and they are both vivid and real characters. As the mist surrounds the store, its inhabitants start seeing shadowed shapes in the white obscurity. These shapes quickly turn to horrific monsters. Some are the size of dogs, some the size of buildings. I do not want to tell you what the rest of them look like because it is, for lack of better words, truly terrifying. The people inside the store also become bestialized, and that is what is really horrifying.
Even though creatures are in the story, the true underlying meaning will hit you pretty hard. There is a woman, who will surely go down as one of the most hated literary characters ever. This becomes an out-of-control following and uprising by some survivors against those who believe they can survive and escape the market. It is just as much about human interaction and thinking, as it is people being butchered by creatures. The book is abou how human nature includes the will to survive, even if it means killing. And of course, despite the horrors of monsters, people killing other people, are not the luckiest people in the world, they are the most horrifying.
The first Stephen King adaptation still holds up as one of the best owing to it's close following of the book. Both Sissy Spacek as Carrie White and Piper Laurie as her mother, Margaret, were nominated for Academy Awards and they really deserved them.
Spacek makes us truly believe she is Carrie. The special effects leave a bit to be desired, but it is still quite good, and keeps you interested.
Carrie was a low budget film, and the first Stephen King novel to become a movie. A lot of really great actors like Sissy Spacek and John Travolta did this film when they were not well known. The name of the high school is Bates High, a reference to Norman Bates of Alfred Hitchcock's Psycho. After Carrie (Sissy Spacek) had the pig's blood dumped on her, she had to sleep in it for a couple of days it seems. A famous and powerful scene, is when Carrie (Sissy Spacek) has a fit and throws bloody tampons all over a room, both in the book and the movie.

We Got It Sleazy, Oughta Take it Easy- Eagles Sang
http://www.carnglaze.com/rock_concerts_talon.htm
Well, the Federal Reserve is warning all the bankers;
That the conference calls just don't cease;;
One because we're crashing, two cause it's over, three cause my portfolio please;;
Make it Sleazy, make it sleazy;; a crashing banking system never is that easy;;
Hyperinflation can hurt, you could even lose your shirt;;
Just find a way to eat some dirt;
And make it sleazy;;
The Price of gold is going up to 1000, and oil for 100 too;;
The dollar keeps a falling, a depression is a calling, better try some fu-man-chu;;
Yeah, we got it sleazy;;
No free market system, can you see, yah!
We gotta re-regulate it, yeah Babe....
Doo, doo, doo, doo.
Let's look at some of the recent exciting market data:.
* The price of gold in dollars leaped to $845;
* The price of oil in dollars passed $98, headed for $100
* and quickly beyond, in all estimations;
* The dollar fell to nearly $2.11 to the British pound; to a 60-year low against the Canadian dollar; to below $1.47 to the euro; nearly to 113 yen/dollar; all of these are accelerating plunges;
* Wall Street financial interests were demanding Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke promise another interest rate cut, in Congressional testimony tomorrow--an hysterical demand given the hyperinflation already set off by central bank money-printing to save the banks;
* The New York Stock Exchange Dow-Jones index is going down again, especially financial and insurance stocks, plunging, some by 10-15%;
* Morgan Stanley, which had just reported a billion-dollar loss in leveraged buyouts which failed, discovered $3.7 billion in new losses in mortgage securities, joining virtually all big banks in the tank;
* Moody's Investors Service started cutting rates on on $33 billion of debt of the big banks' structured investment vehicles (SIVs), hitting 16 SIVs of Citigroup, British HSBC and Germany's WestLB.
So since the Federal Reserve, the ECB etc. are going to be bailing people out anyway, why not have a good old bankruptcy reorganization??
By the way, anyone interested in real estate in Winslow, Arizona? They say there are some nice little theme parks there. OK, take it easy.

Frank Sinatra, on Strange Crashes in the Night
Strange crashes tonight;;
Without real value;;
They're at Goldman Sachs;;
And up a piling;;
CDOs and plenty of weird MBS;;
Will they soon admit;;
They have no profit;;
$72 billion in bad debt;;
They could choke on it;;
Since they're never traded, no one knows what they're worth!!!!!!
Meanwhile in a program, in New York State;;
They spent 100 million to save the poor irate;;
They tried to bail out the mortgages, but only nothing happened;;
They did not save 500 or 5 people, but only One;;
Rip-offs in the night;; Listen to the Geezer;;
Lynn Cannot run for President;;
But, what's the difference;;
If you want the truth, dial Lyndon LaRouuuuuuu!
http://www.iankenny.com/IanKenny/ HTM/George%20Ioannou/NewRatPa ck.htm
(songs of the crash, Strangers in the Night)
With talk of $46 billion being injected into the US banking system by the Federal Reserve just last week (some say just on Thursday), the hyperinflation is kicking in. How can they say there is not inflation? With oil hitting $100 a barrel shortly? Someone has to run for President and say they truth about this. Until that happens, war or no war, we are sunk as a nation. (Of course more war will destroy us faster).
But isn't that what the heirs of the British Empire want?

Fiddling About with Real Estate and Carbon Dioxide
I'm the wicked Dr. Hansen;;
You may not get to see or hear me;;
As I fiddle about;;
I told you the ocean's rising;;
But that's a Hollywood nightmare;;
That my computer invented;;
(Fiddling About, the Who, Tommy, pix at http://www.theatermania.com/news/images/8477a.jpg)showing how global warming is total BS. Dr. James Hansen (the slut) has been making his career pushing this crap, and he did again to Congress. Obviously, his lies and BS are just accelerating, as his grasp on any semblance of reality rapidly lessens. In his current "testifying" at Congress for the Church of Global Warming, he claims, that if the seas rised (1 mm) then man would never be able to adapt. I guess he is concerned about the 3 inches of real estate he owns on the beach in Miami, Florida, say in South Beach. What an idiot!!!
Sherwood and Craig Idso also points out at James Hansen (the slut) also said that as long as human beings exist, there can never be an Ice Age again, because we would just spray some CFCs under our arm, and that would solve the (ice age) probleml. Yeah, right!

Paintball War is On
You don't have to go to war like Dick Cheney wants to do again. You can have a good old paintball war with your friends and neighbors. And you can lower the tax bill by gettings these cheap paintball guns.
This is a sponsored post from pntball.com
You don't have to spend and arm and a leg to get some nice paintball guns, and there's lots of really good safety equipment available too. Top selling guns include Tippmann A-5, Tippmann 98 Custom, Smart Parts Ion and Spyder Pilot ACS, with marker and mega gun sets starting below $200. Check out these prices; a Tippmann 98 Custom Pro AK Conversion Paintball Kit, was at $129.00, now available for only $99.00. And you're going to need to keep loaded on Paintball ammunition, so a Draxxus Blitz Paintballs 2000 Rounds were $54.95, but now only $31.95. PMI Premium Paintballs 2000 Rounds were $49.95, Now $45.00. So I have a feeling that your neighborhood parkis going to be part of the paintball scene, and going to get very colorful on short notice. It's autumn, and it's perfect weather for a good paintball war. Just don't tell the politicians. Paintball masks and vests available for sale too.

Yes it’d be Witchcraft;;
To elect Giuiliani;;
And his Norman Pod-heretz;;
Nuclear War Crew;;
The Dems just can’t allow it more;;
This wimpy opposition score;;
A Blackwater genocide plot, it’s
Witchcraft;;
The evil of the bubble too;;
Hedge fund money that really is taboo;;
That’s in Pelosi’s witches’ brew.
A bailout of some trillions more;;
For mortgage backed securities;;
Giuliani and Pelosi are witches too.

With the private war of Blackwater being shown to be nothing but a human shooting gallery, it's time to tell the truth. That the Iraq war is just a rehersal ground for bands of mercenary mass killers that will be sent all over the world, if Guiliani or anything like him is elected President.
And the real estate collapse is on, no matter what these idiots do. See larouche for the answer.

What the Real Estate Crash Means for the World
The London Telegraph's Ambrose Evans-Pritchard picked up recently on the story. Home prices in Riga, Latvia, rose a staggering 61 percent in the 12 months ended in March, making houses in Riga more expensive than houses in Berlin, but prices are now falling, down nearly 5 percent over May and June, and more since. In Kazakhstan, where mortgage credit expanded 100 percent in a year, the $40 billion bubble has popped, with homes in some quarters of Almaty, the nation's largest city, falling 20 percent over the last three months. The share prices of six of the top Kazakhstan lenders halved between July and early October, and some banks are experiencing runs. While the sums involved pale in comparison to the size of the U.S. mortgage market, the effects on the people of those nations is every bit as serious, and the welfare of the population is the metric by which such crises should be measured.
Of course, that is not the whole story. Because of the pyramid game that has been played, a whole series of other instruments are crashing. This includes various pieces of or "tranches" of Mortgage Backed Securities, with the more risky parts of various layered and spliced mortgages crashing first. Then on top of that, the MBS themselves have become the basis for CDOs, Collateralized Debt Obligations, which can have other tranches of other things mixed in, like in Credit Debt and Student Loans.
Also see, this.

If I Could Escape, said Gwen Stefani
If I could escape this Bankrupt economy;;
Where people give up billions for dumb songs from me;;
Cause I've been looking at this fishy MLEC deal
and that is the reason I don't feel too real.
Maybe that's how I fee-eel.
If I could escape;
And get a little bit very far;;
Go back to good ole Pres. FDR;;
That could be my favorite for the general welfare, yeah;;
If we can recreate;;
We know we've been real bad guys;;
To go along with all these Enron-type lies;;
Have some little future;;
Something that is not fascist creeps;;
Why can't we escape??
This is the real question. Can we listen to LaRouche, and stop being bamboozled by all this crap. This $100-billion MLEC scheme is just an idea to repackage crap, that everyone knows is crap. Even some of the gurus warn us, don't do it, like:
Warren Buffett is not really a nice guy, even though he did give away a lot of money, but he gave away the game on a Fox Business Network show. This is just some insane power game. Someone forced Hank Paulson to go with this crap, just to show what a doggie he really is. Was it someone from the Cayman Islands or London?
Bill Gross, CIO of Pimco called the superfund "pretty lame."

The Junk May be in Your Garage, Not just the Markets
This is a sponsored post by Car Guy Gargage Inc. (carguygarage.com).
On this blog, we talk a lot about the junk bonds ,and the MBS (Mortgage Backed Securities) which are becoming junk, and then have the CDOs (Collateralized Debt Obligations) piled on top of them. However, don't forget about the junk in your closets and garage. You may be interested in some storage solutions.
So, I rent a floor of a two story house, and I have been alloted a good deal of garage space. And I admit that is rather junky. It can get pretty complicated. First there are the two air conditioning units I have to put down there soon, since the heat is beginning to go on. Then there are the baby's toys that he doesn't like any more, or has outgrown, but I promised to give them to another couple that is expecting a child. So you can see I have some real storage needs.

A Fishy Story of the MLEC- aka- the Toxic Waste Fund
You've probably heard all about it now. The US Treasury of Hank Paulson is encouraging Citibank, B of A, and a few others to form a massive SIV (Structural Investment Fund) to take all the crap from the other SIVs, and somehow recycle it all and make it all good news. Even for a bunch of enron-style Wall St. criminal, it seems like the impossible dream.
While Citigroup, J.P. Morgan Chase, and Bank of America maneuver to gather cash commitments for their proposed structured investment vehicle (SIV) superfund--the Master Liquidity Enhancement Conduit (MLEC)--from U.S. and foreign banking suckers, there has been a flurry of counter-attacks by heavy hitters within the the financial sector. Even Former Fed Chief Alan Greenspan has questioned the usefulness of the MLEC superfund scheme, quoted in the Oct. 20th Financial Times (of London).
Warren Buffet's point is if the mortgages behind the MBS are going to crash, it is the way it is anyway. See an interview to Rupert Murdoch's new media outlet Fox Business Network in its debut on Oct. 18, where he declared that "pooling a bunch of mortgages, changing the ownership" would not change the viability of the mortgage instrument itself. "It would be better to have them on the balance sheet so everyone would know what's going on."
Financial commentators both in print and online media ranged from skeptical to outraged by the collusion of the banks and the so-called regulators, to bail out the rapidly devaluing SIVs by giving them a face-job and a new wardrobe, then lending money to "lure" suckers to buy the toxic wares. The FT even blamed the plunge in the stock markets in recent days partly on investor "unease" exacerbated by news of the MLEC scheming.
Undaunted, Treasury Secretary Paulson declared at the Oct. 19 G-7 meeting, that the superfund would go forward, and be in place by the end of the year. So the big question, is who is doing what to whom?

Your Nevada Corporation
The inside word is that it is worthwhile to form a Nevada LLC. That's a limited liability corporation. There are different corporate forms but they are all available at a click of a mouse.
This is a sponsored post of www.incparadise.com.
But, in any case, why do you need to incorporate at all? Can't you just go along and get along with a sole proprietorship type of company? The answer is no. You can have the bejesuses sued out of you if you are personally liable for all the misdeeds of your company, and there can be many accidents, damaged goods in shipping, and sometimes more exotic stuff. Let your corporation get their own tax id
, that will make things all better right from the start. Now, this can get a little bit complicated. Even with a wonderful, secretive Nevada corporation, you still have to take corporate minutes
. That means that you have to have some notes on your corporate meeting, and your by-laws, even if it is a one-man corporation. The IRS gets interested in little things like that. And with the real estate collapse, you have enough trouble, you don't want to get in trouble with Aunt IRiS. Also, the other thing, is that Nevada has great corporate secrecy laws, and it has no state income or corporate income taxes. So you could even form your corporation in Nevada, and in your home state. Send income to the Nevada corporation for advising your home state corporation. Of course, you have to be careful and reasonable, so do a click and get some good advice today, you won't be sorry.

sonny and cher
The San Francisco Chronicle, from the front page of its Business section, awakened its readers on Friday, October 19, 2007:
Home Sales in Bay Area Crash to 20-Year Low
County Number Sold Percent Change Median Price
Santa Clara 779 -39.0% $775,000
Alameda 565 -51.8% $599,500
Contra Costa 484 -55.8% $585,000
San Mateo 371 -37.0% $800,000
Sonoma 270 -37.2% $522,500
San Francisco 229 -30.4% $850,000
Solano 214 -52.2% $399,000
Marin 158 -24.4% $860,000
Napa 48 -49.5% $521,000
Bay Area 3,113 -44.8% $670,000
Figures are for sales of existing homes in 2007 compared with 2006 (A single year!) Now if you made an "investment" by buying a house you couldn't really afford, and then the price collapsed 40-percent, you would be up sh#ts creek too. And that's whether you had a fixed rate mortgage or a more exotic ARM or IO. People were convinced (brainwashed) that housing prices would go up forever, which by the way, is not necessarily a good thing!

It Hurt , said Christina Aguilera
I hurt so bad, when the markets crashed;
When my mortgage fell on me flat;
Then I realized that the system was finally, finished,ooooh!
Would you tell me I was wrong;
To go with the Brits Empire;
Let the money people decide;
Just who lives and who must die;
There’s nothing I wouldn’t do;
To be American again;
To have the general welfare;
To believe in Constitution;
Woowoow! I’m sorry for, betraying you;
For all the things, that I just wouldn’t do;
And I hurt myself, by hurting you;

October 15, 2007 (LPAC)--That's the Goldman Sachs bailout plan, according to globaleconomicanalysis.com. "Don't ask" what the asset is worth. "Don't sell," or you will find out, and not like the result. So the mortgage collapse, and the pyramid on top of it will continue to be covered up, they think.

Drowning in the Green River of Mortgage Collapse
Do you remember your President Nixon;
(do, do do do do do do)
That’s when the free trade scheme was a fixin’
Dollars value settled in London; slave of the free market machine
But if you get a lost, Remember you are now bankrupt!!!
Jimmy Carter pushed free trade one bit more;
Deregulated, spit on FDR;
Slave labor truckin’ destroyed the highways;
Railroads torn up, thrown in the junkyard;
And if this gets you lost; remember sonny you’re bankrupt!!
Do do do do do do!!
Then there was the stock crash of 87
Thought all the junk bonders, go to heaven;
Michael Milken went off the jail;
But, Alan Greenspan sent him some bail;
Started real estate bubble, now baby you are bankrupt!!
Yeah! Jump in the Green River!
With Al Gore getting the No Balls prize for his greenie crap, I thought I would do a take off on that old Green River, by the Creedence Gang! Nothin' like some down home funk, to get away from scientific junk.
Meanwhile there are rallies in Boston, Mass. against the Countryside Real Estate Creeps:
[LINK=http://www.larouchepac.com]About 100 people gathered at three Countrywide offices in Boston[/LINK] to protest its practices, yesterday, just hours after the firm announced that delinquencies and foreclosures in its portfolio were rising steeply. Some of the signs from protesters were "My Life is not Adjustable. Stop Adjustable Rates!!" and "Your Scam Got Us in this Jam!" (link to picture) This protest was organized by the Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America, and is the second this week organized by borrowers' advocacy groups. On Tuesday, the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN) organized a protest in eight cities.
The fun has just begun. This is so sick. Anyone with a brain, who is not just trying to steal from some other loser, knows the system has been bankrupt and seized up since Bear Stearn's hedge funds went belly up in June 2007.

American System Revival needed for Finances
Now that the monetary system has crashed and barely exists for 3 months, the big question is, what is next!
The monetary system is in shambles
If you bail it on out, only getting worse;
You might be gettin' tired of takin a gamble
Go with that doo doo doo doo doo Lyndon stuff;
The leveraged buyouts are left in the lurch now;
The crashin bankers, say, nothing you can do;
The Dems and Repubs have hit the floor, wow;
Saying it's time to get a little of that old LaRou;
Doo, Doo, doo doo doo doo;
Report from the Daily Morgue:
Merrill Lynch announced it will report a quarterly loss, after writing off $5 billion in mortgages, mortgage backed securities (MBS) and collateralized debt obligations (CDO). This has caused the biggest freakout, because ML is a lot smaller than the other firms taking $3-4 billion in losses.This compares with a UBS write-off of $3.4 billion, and Citibank of almost $6 billion, announced earlier this week.
Washington Mutual, the largest U.S. Savings and Loan, wrote off $1.39 billion.
With more than 100 mortgage companies closed or sold off this year, Bloomberg quotes Mark Adelson, a mortgage consultant in NY City, saying that the trouble in mortgages has just begun. "The alarm is going off from the detector on the ocean floor, but the tsunami hasn't hit the shore yet."

We can't pay the big Mortgage anymore
the mortgage anymore, the mortgage anymore (2x)
When they sold me the new mortgage
Thought it perfect for the Submarine
Now I'm yellow and yellower
When I think we can't pay it back.
Arms and IOs kicking in
After 3 years, pay twice as much
It is really, a sea of green;
For our yellow Submarine;
It seems everything got mortgaged, and re-mortgaged, even the Yellow Submarine. Isn't time to go with LaRouche's Homeowner and Bank Protection Act? Otherwise, the situation just gets worse and worse and the chain reaction goes around the world.

Crazy About Digital Cameras
You can see that I am crazy about digital cameras. If you look back a few blog posts, you can see the picture I got at the Jennifer Lopez, Marc Anthony appearance in the Bronx. The camera I used, the Olympus FE-190 is not a bad camera, but it needs a bit more power. What I'm really interested now is a Kodak EasyShare Z712, which has a 12x optical zoom, a lot more than a 3 or 4x optical zoom. That way it gets pictures that are really publishable. My picture do get published with articles that I write for a Harlem-based giveaway paper.
This post is sponsored by ritzcamera.com.
Anyway, see what you can get at digital cameras. When I take pictures of my young son, I prefer to use the Olympus FE-190 or similar cameras. After all, you can take time setting up the shot, it really is much easier. Then you download it onto your computer, and you can print it in your home, or outsource it to the many services that will print pictures for you. You can even photograph the real estate you want to sell.

Crunch Finger
(to the tune of "Goldfinger"
Crunch Finger;
He's the man who wants to crunch credit
This could be it;
Strangled monetary system (doo doo doo)
Going down because debt just overwhelms
And drowns the realm;
Marketplace talk will drone on and on;
But you know what phase you've come upon;
Because endless cash, inflation is the name;
For the end of this endless game;
He loves only gold, only gold, only gold!!!!
With the credit crunch, we are into the Dr. No range of the universe, that is, no way out, without some ideas from Larouche. Here is an example why:
Pending U.S. Home Sales Plunge to Record Low
Oct. 2, 2007 (LPAC)--The National Association of Realtors' index of pending sales of existing-homes, fell to 85.5 in August, a sharp drop of 6.5% from July of 2007, and of 21.5% from August of 2006, the NAR announced Oct. 2. The index, which sits at its lowest level on record, measures the number of Americans who have signed contracts to buy previously owned homes, although the transaction has not yet closed. The index's deterioration, which fairly closely indicates future home sales, shows that the housing collapse in the U.S. is a good way from its bottom.
"Fewer [mortgage] contracts were being written because of mortgage-availability issues," said Lawrence Yun, the NAR's senior economist. "More than 10 percent of sales contracts fell through at the last moment in August," Yun said. "The impact was greater in high-cost markets that are more dependent on jumbo mortgages. In some areas, as much as 30% of signed contracts were falling through in August."
In a related development, during August, United Kingdom banks approved the fewest home mortgages,-- 109,000-- since April, as the British real estate market implodes.

Want to Make Money on Home Foreclosures?
Yes, the ways of the Ruling Class are harsh, but us peons have to adapt to them. Many are losing their homes now because of bad Adjustable Rate Mortgages (ARMs), Interest Only (IO) Mortgages, and other such scams. You do have the opportunity to make money on these suckers' pain, if you have the right foreclosure information.
Please, resist the urge to feel guilty. If you do not buy these California forclosures someone else will buy them. In life, certain events are destined to happen, it is just a question of who will benefit and make a great investment. If you can buy these homes at a low price, you will sell them at a higher price and make money.
With Florida foreclosures, if anything, this is doubly true. If you check out the link, you will see all the information that you need to participate in hot Florida real estate and home auctions. The rules for these auctions are rather severe, so you better know what you are doing. Get the picture wise guy?

Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony hit the Bronx
On the lighter side, Jennifer Lopez, a.k.a. Jay-lo, and her husband, Marc Anthony came back to the Bronx on Tuesday morning, September 25th. They are beginning a two month tour together, and opened it with an appearance to kids at PS 36, at 1070 Castle Hill Avenue, promoting the school-based running program “Orange Laces.”
Children dressed up in orange t-shirts, and waved orange pom-poms, courtesy of ING Bank, the Dutch Mega-bank which sponsors the running program. The kids anxiously waited for Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony. Jennifer is known for her hit songs such as “Waiting for Tonight” as well as starring in a string of movies. Husband Marc Anthony is known for singing songs such as “I Need to Know”, as well as his portrayal of Salsa legend Hector Lavoe, together with Ms. Lopez, in the movie, “El Cantante”. Both Jennifer and Marc were born and raised in New York City, Jennifer in the Bronx, and Marc in Manhattan.
The school Principal, Ms. Nilda Rivera has been credited with boosting academic performance and test achievement levels at PS 36, nicknamed “the Rising Star” school. Thanks were given to “Live Nation”, which is running the Jennifer/Marc tour, and to ING, which is sponsoring the programs “Orange Laces” and “Run for Something Better.” Also on the podium was Borough President Carrion.
This is the first tour ever for Jennifer Lopez. The tour will open in Atlantic City, NJ and hit 20 cities over the next six weeks. One dollar of each ticket sale will be donated to the school running program Orange Laces, a tax deductible charity. See www.orangelaces.com . ING Bank is also the sponsor of many adult marathons, including the upcoming New York Marathon of November 4th 2007.
The goal of the running program is to help fight obesity among youth. ING has been sponsoring marathons around the world, and now kids in the school-based program receive medals and other awards if they run over 26 miles. About $1 million has been spent on this program at 10 schools and 14 parks around the Bronx.
When Marc and Jennifer first arrived, they spent a long time touring the school, while being broadcast on large video screens, meeting students all around the building. There were applause and shrieks of delight when they finally came on stage in the auditorium. Mark Anthony remarked that he knew the Principal, Ms. Rivera, from going to school in Manhattan and that she and other teachers were “a huge part of my youth.” “The kids are our biggest resource.” Jennifer Lopez said she was overwhelmed by the tremendous amount of enthusiasm and love that she received. She remarked that the “Orange Laces” program encourages students to run, and that running helped her when she was a student. It helped give her the energy to reach her goals. All and all, this was a tremendous day for the students of PS 36, Jennifer and Marc, and the people of the Bronx.

This is What they call being Successful?
You buy worthless stocks at inflated prices and get the government to bail you out! Ah well, that's why they get the big bucks and the rest of us watch in awe of their brilliance.
Next, the logic is to just print and print some more, till the dollar will collapse. Since, everyone is in the dollar, the Chinese, the Japanese, the Europeans, that is the end. That is the 1923 German hyperinflation, but for the world, with no powerful outsiders to fix it. That is why I continue to ask people to look at my friend's stuff. So, Countrywide was bailed out for $25 billion already, for all the bad real estate deals. Was it worth it? The money was channeled through Citibank, Bank of America, everyone in on the dirty deal who's anyone.

Northern Rock N Roll-- Crash n Roll
How are the markets doing? Do you care?
If it all crashed, like big Citibank; a total cataclysm;
Would it satisfy your teenage lust;
Would you give up monetarism;
-----(Lots of Jii-ism)
If the old Lady of Threadbare Street;
The Bank of England itself;
Crashed into a million pieces down;
All the bad loans on the Shelf;
----(damn the Gwe-el-efs)
Refrain:
I know it's only Northern Rock;
But it's dead meat.;
I know it's only Northern Rock;
But it's Dead meat, dead meat, yes it is....
(to the tune of the Stones' "It's Only Rock n'Roll")

More Links about Northern Rock Collapse
On the Northern Rock collapse. Is it due to investment in US subprime mortgages and real estate?

Panic at Northern Rock in the UK
Yes, it can happen here, and there. The collapse of Northern Rock has sent shock waves all over the world. When the word came that they would be bailed out by the Bank of England, this, far from reassuring everyone, created a giant panic. Here's the link.
. Of course similar bank runs have happened in the United States, with the chain of banks that Countryside Corp. owns in California. It is unclear if this collapse is due to the British market or to US subprime real estate mortgages. Here are some excerpts from Daily Telegraph (UK-London) coverage from 9/18/07-
High street scramble as savers claim money
By Paul Stokes
They were scenes more reminiscent of the last days of the Weimar Republic, the Great Depression or a stock market crash than those of a typical British high street on an unremarkable Friday morning.
# Northern Rock customers withdraw £1bn of savings
But the news that Northern Rock - one of the country's biggest mortgage lenders - had received emergency funding from the Bank of England was enough to send thousands of its customers rushing to their local branch yesterday, clutching their passbooks, in a desperate attempt to withdraw their money.
Despite being urged not to panic, fears over the lender's financial future meant queues at several branches stretched far out of the door and long into the street outside.
The determination of some to withdraw their money, was typified by 65-year-old Tony Looch at the bank's Moorgate branch, in the heart of London's Square Mile. He wanted to get his hands on his entire £135,000 worth of life savings. "I'm prepared to wait as long as it takes," he said. "I'm taking the lot out if they'll let me have it."

Crash- From Real Estate to LBO
The big news today is that the Bank of England is bailing out the big English real estate firm Northern Rock, aka Northern Wreck, to the tune of billions of pounds. So the B Of Eng is drawn into the mess as well. Country2ide Real Estate is now getting its THIRD bailout, going up another $12 billion, to $25 billion of bail out. This is while its stock market value has decreased by 60-percent.
The big giant that is beginning to make its entry is the LBO Debt problem. The big banks have almost $500 billion in LBO (Leveraged Buyout Debt) and they have to sell it off. But what are they or the Central Banks supposed to do? One crazy idea was to loan money to the "non-banks" (hedge funds) so they could then buy the LBO debt from the banks. So you could literally have the same bank have the same asset and debit for the same transaction on the books. Very interesting.

Black Friday Blues
All this talk about the financial collapse made me think of black friday. In this case, black friday, the day after Thanksgiving, when there are alot of sales. You can get a great deal on all sorts of stuff at Best Buy. I mean electronics, computer stuff, isn't that the best gift in the universe. You can keep better track of your stocks on the internet, with more memory or whatever. The place to go to get all this great stuff is black-friday.net. This is really great stuff, and the best part is that you don't have to wait on line in the stores to cash in. You get these great prices simply by paying them, having the raincheck, or the date check for the day after Thanksgiving. Here is a sample of the great items that will be available:10" Powered Subwoofer $199.99 ; 18 In 1 Starter Kit for Nintendo DS Lite $9.99 ; 20th Century Collection (CDs) $4.99 ; 2142 Battlefield (PC) $24.99
Advent 15" LCD TV (Doorbuster Item: 5am - 12pm Only) $129.99 ; Age Of Empires 3 (PC) $24.99 ; Amped (Xbox 360) $18.99 ; Arrested Development Season 3 $9.99
ATI X1600 Pro 512MB AGP Graphics Card $99.99 ; ATI X1600 Pro 512MB PCIe Graphics Card $99.99 ; AT&T 5.8GHz Analog Cordless Phone System with Digital Answering System $79.99 Casio Electronic Keyboard $69.99 ; Click DVD $7.99 ;Compaq AMD Athlon 3700+ Computer W/15" LCD Monitor $399.97 and a whole lot more.

How do they do this miraculous deal. It seems the way it works is that you get a discount code, and then you buy the item online on the day after Thanksgiving. Sounds enough to make a Wall St broker who has just had his hedge fund disintergrate feel good. How about that?

KKR is in the KRASH KRASH righton
We have a desperate attempt to ignore the unignorable, that the system is finished. The big banks are being allowed to borrow from the European Central Bank and the Federal Reserve, to loan to the hedge funds, to buy from the banks --to get the debt off their books. According to The New York Times, Credit Suisse, Citigroup, Deutsche Bank, HSBC, Lehman, Goldman Sachs, Merril Lynch "have taken the highly unusual step of offering hedge fund clients loans of as much as 75 cents in the dollar, in an attempt to kick start the process."
As for the Alliance Boots deal--the biggest ever in Europe--already in August, KKR's eight bank underwriters abandoned selling $12 billion of mostly senior loans, and the underwriters have been saddled with the debt. Now, two sources who are involved, according to the International Herald Tribune claim that Deutsche Bank and JPMorgan Chase have found buyers for the $750 million of the "mezzanine" (highest interest/riskiest) debt, but have yet to close the deal.
If they get through this deal alive, there are only about $400 billion leveraged buyout deals to go.

A little Real Estate Humor
Alot of people were doubting what LaRouche said about the real estate collapse. Here is one from an organized "anti-LaRoucher" in 2005, (from Laroucheplanet.info): Post Number: 55

----------------------------- ----------------------------- ----------------------
Ever since ive been acquainted with the LYM (handful of years), they have been fiercely proclaiming a housing market collapse. In contrast, the housing market fiercely ascended during the interim.
I remember, month by month, the predicted collapses which had never occurred. Today, at the housing market’s maturity and amidst all the positive speculators, there are some economists predicting a dip, and rightfully so, but none are leaping into full scale economic shutdown predictions as Larouche did! –and today’s streak of housing growth is probably the reason their proclamations have faded away.
-----------------------------------30---------------------------------
Now after the MBS (Mortgage Backed Security) are being bought up by the Federal Reserve, just to make it look like they are worthless, I bet some "anti-LaRouchers" are feeling pretty stupid. Was the bit of cash they may pocket in this shenanigans worth it? Can you abandon their cynicism and read what LaRouche has to say at larouchepac.com? Then you can even be a plagiarist and write and say it was your own idea.

Math Help for Your Child
Yes, I have children, two to be exact. When the younger one, Benjamin needed Math Tutors to help with arithmetic, even though he was only in the 4th grade, I did not hesitate. I went to Score Learning Centers, and I have to say that I am glad that I did. His arithmetic is most better, and even that preliminary geometry was something they could help him with. Multiplication and Division too. I should help him, but sometimes I just don't have the patience, after doing real estate deals all day. That is, since my job is exhausting, and it's hard enough to be able to pay the bills. Sometimes it is worth paying someone else to do a job like tutoring for you.

My Favorite Mistake- Number Two
I woke up out of bed this morning. I saw a new day that was dawning. Then I knew I was still unemployed (Doo doo doo, doo doo doo). That really was my favorite mistake, number two. I could have kept that stupid proofreading job at Clifford Chance. But, no, I didn't want to work the fifth day, and now I have been kicked out, probably forever. And with the slump in the new deals, with the freezing up of credit, it is probably going to stay that way, whether I like it or not. If I could do something about it I would, but I don't think that is going to bring the subprime mortgages back, or the Mortgage Backed Securities back to life. Face it, the bubble is about over. Maybe if we can pass the old Geezer's legislation to stop the home foreclosures and save the banks, maybe this nightmare, just somehow, will be over.

Find Out How the System is in Singapore- Pingo Call!
If you want to keep on top of things, you have to make a lot of international calls. That is because there are so many weird things going on with the real estate market and the Asset Backed Commercial Paper (ABCP), you really may want to call Singapore to find out what is going on. But with a good online phone card, the solution to your problem is literally a few clicks away, from Pingo. And what makes it more fun is there are ways to get some free minutes like you can refer a friend and get more prepaid calling cards.
This is the way to get cheap rates from Pingo. You get a code, and it is better than a paper calling card, after all, save a tree. It's worth finding out about international calling cards and to try them out as soon as you can. You do need to make that call to Singapore, or London or some other financial center, don't you?
The good thing about using a phone card like Pingo, is that you can call anybody at any phone. So many people make calls from their computer using Skype these days, but Skype is not free if you are calling to a land land or a cell phone, not a PC. And the other fun thing about Pingo, is you have so many ways to earn points if you use the opportunities, to get more points for more valuable telephone time. so if you have a friend in another country, why not get some direct market news? That alone could make you thousands of dollars, since the regular media may lie about a lot of things. You know, they do that kind of stuff.

Will It Collapse this Week? Real Estate and more
Reak estate and a lot more could collapse this week. And Countrywide Real estate seems to be going into its second round of bailouts. Not good if you already got bailed out at the tune of $11.5 billion. The Ponzi scheme is in reverse. The only thing that has avoided an immediate total collapse is that the central banks, like the Federal Reserve, have bought the MBS and ABS, (Mortgage and Asset Backed Securities), even if they are totally worthless.

Banks and Hedge Funds- So Scared...
Banks and Hedge Funds, they're so scared that they'll never, get put back together. Britain's Barclays Bank subsidiary BarCap is trying to patch together a $1 billion rescue of one of its SIVs called Mainsail II, according to the Daily Telegraph. Mainsail II is a $4.5 billion vehicle managed by hedge fund group Solent Capital, itself hard hit recently. This follows a previous $1.6 billion BarCap rescue of "SIV-lite" Cairn High-Grade Funding. So the Banks are being looted to keep up the Hedge Funds. When the real estate crashes behind the sub-prime mortgages of 2006, then the dollar itself will be pulled down.

Tired of a Bunch of Yahoos Pushing Me Around
The Yahoo gang, and their google friends run the Net like a dictatorship. You can talk about real estate all day long, but if you don't satisfy the SEO, Search Engine Optimization criteria, they don't care if you have the solution to going to the gold pot in the sky. I'm just so sick of it.
Google ads about real estate? I haven't seen them at all. I have no idea how do you get them.
Anyway, all that anyone is interested now is the foreclosure market. The bubble has popped and pooped. Foreclosures, young man and woman.
