Blogging Oldies, th Baby Boomer Song Book

Isn't it fun to think about politics and the baby boomer song book? You can pretend that all these songs from the Grassroots, the Beatles, the Stones had hidden political messages. Or at least they could have. Now with LaRouche being right, the whole system is crashing. The financial derivatives and pyramid assure that the crash of the mortgages affect everything else, not just the real estate market.

Yesterday the city council of Philadelphia, Pa. joined Pittsburgh and a dozen other cities in endorsing the only solution on the table, LaRouche's Homeowners and Bank Protection Act, the HBPA. Scurrying for some solution of their own, the banks are scared to death of widespread "reverse leveraging". Whenever even one foreclosure appears on any residential block, the home values of the entire surrounding neighborhood begin to collapse.

According to RealtyTrac, foreclosures rose sharply to about 55,000 in October, up 35% over September, and triple those of October, 2006. And the beat goes on.

Look Up to the Sky

Anyone on your Christmas gift list interested in telescopes? Well, it seems we have the place. At the website opticsplanet.com they have Meade telescopes, Galileo telescopes and so many others. Perhaps if the financial system really does burn up totally, there will be a super nova in the sky. Or perhaps a few comets will be set off by the remnants of the real estate bubble.
Optics Planet is also the sponsor of the Astronomical League, a network of over 200 astronomical societies throughout the United States. I have a friend I need to tell about this, since he has been building homemade telescopes for the last 20 years or so. An 8-inch Meade telescope is marked down from over $3,000 to only $1,999, and that includes the autoscan setup and software.

Other things you can purchase from this provider are microscopes, digital cameras, GPS devices and a whole lot more. For you folks who like to go off into the woods, there is also a lot of military and hunting gear, from flashlights to Jove knows what.

Oh, on the telescope thing, you can also purchase a 3 inch telescope for only $70, so you don't have to knock off your local savings and loan in order to buy some nice student a telescope. Anyway, with the mortgage collapse, your local bank may already be "withdrawn."

Trying to put some Links Up

Putting links up, when you didn't take courses in Computer stuff is really hard. I got this link from Alibris, but I don't know:

As you can see, it is a bad link. I think I could set up a lot more links and blogs and even sites, if I could understand more of this. That is my goal in making this sort of hybrid site with the latest information about the political fight of larouchepac.com, and at the same time with jokes and parodies of popular songs, to try to get some attention of people, in our other directed culture. Whether I succeed or not is doubtful, but with "a little help from my friends" I may figure it out.

Otherwise today were the hearings in the Harrisburg, Philadelphia state house, that is, the capitol of Pennsylvania. Also, the Philadelphia city council passed the memorandum to the US Congress for the Homeowners and Bank Protection Act.

There was a real fight in the hearings at the State Assembly of Pa., in Harrisburg today, with the Republicans mostly still trying to block on the breakdown of the financial system. Some of the Democrats punted as well. Meanwhile a judge from Berkes County testified on the fraudulent practices of banks and real estate companies in creating the sub-prime mortgage bubble in the first place. A social worker from Harrisburg testified, that with foreclosures up 400-percent, she and her agency do not have the resources to help these people, therefore she supports the HBPA- Homeowner Bank Protection Act. A lot more people are looking toward LaRouche and Larouchpac.com to solve these issues and give leadership.

Dear Demon Barber, Sweeney Todd

Sweeney Todd is the new movie, directed by Tim Burton, and starring Johnny Depp as Sweeney Todd, the Demon Barber of Fleet Street. This is the story of an ordinary fellow, who got in trouble with someone rich and powerful and had his life and family destroyed. He was sent to rot in prison, but somehow gets out. He then becomes Sweeney Todd, the Demon Barber, who takes in his customers, cuts their throats, and then with the help of his lady friend, they become meat pies. Not a totally appetizing tale, but it is not only becoming a full length movie, but also a musical. Find out about this great movie, visit the official Sweeney Todd movie site, and you can even make your own confession of desiring revenge.

You can go to the Demon Barber Confessional, and make your own confession, that can be written, audio or a video, of your own asks of revenge that you enjoyed. In fact, each one of us has probably nourished a resentment, and engaged in an act of revenge, probably rather mild, not of course, cutting someone's throat and turning them into a meat pie.

My own act of revenge concerned a blogger who persisted in slandering and insulting a political legend and hero of mine. I was rather limited in my acts of revenge, since I don't even know her real name or place of residence. So I just made fun of her in her comments, and that she must believe in ridiculous things like the real estate bubble. I got this rumor out on the blog about six months ago. Now, that the whole real estate bubble is crashing, she is the one looking like an idio and a fool. I guess that is a little meat pie of revenge. It might have been a bit more tasty, if I got to tell it to her face, but at least her online reputation stands to be very damaged.

New Bretton Woods Talk Internationally

C'mon and make a New Bretton Woods;
Homeowners, Banks Protection Act;
Push the pedal down, watch the world change so quickly;
C'mon let's try, one last time
Go for the floor, one more time to chuck it;

Here we go, nothing left to win;
Here we go, nothing left, begin;

China going openly with LaRouche and the New Bretton Woods is the shock hitting the world this week. The world's largest newspaper, the People's Daily of China, published in both its Chinese and English editions coverage of Lyndon LaRouche's press conference outside of Washington DC. The meeting also concerned the peaceful reunification of China and Taiwan. Note that Hong Kong has reunited with China, but still maintains its separate legal system and currency. It also maintains a capitalist social system.

Also, more towns passed the Home and Bank Protection Act memorandum to the US Congress, with some big towns joining like Newark, NJ and Pittsburgh Pa. Who knows Philadelphia, with over 1 million people, may join in too. And tomorrow, on Thursday, there will be hearings in the lower house of the Pennsylvania state legislature on the Home Owner and Bank Protection Act.

I Feel Fat

It's true, I do feel somewhat fat, that is, overweight. If you really are overweight to the point of endangering your health, you can get a LAP BAND procedure. That is short for a Laparoscopic Adjustable Gastric Banding which is also known as LAGB or the LAP BAND System procedure. The LAPBAND Adjustable Gastric Band is designed to help you lose excess body weight.
Through tiny holes in your stomach, long narrow instruments are inserted, and a band is put around your stomach to create a smaller stomach pouch. Since, you, in effect have a smaller stomach, you eat less, you feel satisfy, and you can thus rapidly go down to a reasonable weight. The Journey Lite has several facilities, which are the houston weight loss center, in Texas, as well as facilities in Tampa, Florida, and LA, California. Now if only the real estate crash could be solved so easily.

Anybody want a Homeowner and Bank Protection Act?

A number of larger and medium sized cities in the United States have just passed a memorandum to the US Congress supporting the Homeowners and Bank Protection Act. These cities include Pittsburgh, PA, Newark NJ, and soon others. Why are they supporting this legislation? Because the financial system is falling apart.

The Homeowners and Bank Protection Act, "HBPA" is model legislation from Lyndon LaRouche Pac on basically freezing mortgages that are in default and at the same time protecting banks from claims from things like Mortgage Backed Securities.

If we throw 5 million households out of their homes in the USA, this will cause a huge social crisis. At the same time these claims on the pyramid are un-payable in any case.

Under the HBPA, homeowners will still have to pay rental payments, in effect, typically the amount they were paying on their mortgage before it ballooned, or some other reasonable figure. So some capital would still be coming to the banks, but it would not be devoted to maintaining a huge pyramid of debt.
A financial pyramid, ie. huge ponzi scheme was created, starting in the early 1980s, of tturning debt (for example, a home mortgage) into an asset. This was called in New York and London a CDO (Collateralized Debt Obligation). Later this was done to at least 6 trillion dollars worth of mortgages, just in the United States. Most of these pyramided derivative obligations, like MBS will be written off or to much lower real values later.

Holiday Cheer

The Holidays are coming, and so is Coupon Chief. When you do your holiday shopping remember that, and you'll save a lot. For example, Target online sells a huge amount of goods, and you can get a discount on all of them. Two sweaters, say for $50 or more total, will suddenly become 10-percent cheaper. Breck's is a top supplier of bulbs, flowers seeds and perennials, apparently from where the tulips first became big business, Holland.

You know you are going to buy all sorts of tnings for gifts for your family and friends, so why not save money and buy more gifts than ever before. couponchief.com is the place to go on the internet. Let's have one more blast before the (financial) crash.

Sacramento Blues

Elk Grove Boulevard at Interstate 5, in one of Sacramento's fastest-growing suburbs. Collapse in mall values and ability to fill it up. The weakness in Sacramento's real estate market is no longer confined to housing. Commercial real estate is starting to soften up, starting with retail space. The shopping centers are not filling up like they used to for 10 years.

Think back now to mid-2004 when Sacramento County's median sales price for resale homes broke through the $300,000 barrier. Now they are going back down under.

So this is why we need the Homeowners and Bank Protection Act. Because it may be good for housing prices to go down, but we cannot have people thrown out of their homes, stuck with unpayable mortgages. We cannot have the banks collapse.

A Young Writer in the South Bronx

Aminata Sillah, a 10-year-old, was honored at an event at 1125 Grand Concourse, Bronx, NYC, NY, in the Andrew Freeman Home, now the home of senior services and the Family Preservation Center. This happened late in November. She wrote a short book that was published and also printed in multiple copies for the Headstart Center, a government program for 3 and 4 year olds. Aminata is a fifth grader at P.S. 218 in the Morrisania section of the Bronx. Her story is called “Playing with the Bees” and it was published through Think It Ink It Publishing, a group that provides professionally illustrated books so children can write their own stories to go with the pictures. Parents and children can have these books self-published. For more information on the company, see www.thinkitinkitpublishing.com . The story book is a pretty book of illustrations of a child in a tent, and then watching bees, and so on, but the story is all by Aminata.

Aminata herself is a former Headstart student. Dr. Alice Wilder, a founder of Think It Ink It, met Aminata while doing research on which illustrations to use to stimulate children to write books, working with kids at the WHEDCO after-school program.

For the afternoon program, first Aminata sat at a table outside the room and both sold and signed copies of her book, and she was also photographed by local press. Then there was a program honoring her, for the current students of Headstart. The program was opened by Ms. Carol Gaskill, director of the Headstart Program and Aminata’s current teachers also spoke. Her teacher Ms. Campbell said that “she always has a story. When her mommy was pregnant, she had a story about the baby. Aminata is always eager to learn,” and also helps calm down other students when they become restless. Aminata and her family are from Gambia in West Africa. She helps translate what teachers say into her native language for other children in her class from the Gambia area. Aminata is thinking about writing another book, this one possibly in Spanish. She speaks three languages, English, Spanish and her native language Soninke. She is planning to be a teacher when she grows up, and now would like to be an author as well.

I Scored

I scored, when I got Math Tutors for my son only 1 1/2 miles from my house, in a beat-up area of the Bronx, NYC, NY. And they were pretty good too. You try teaching an 8-year old boy about fractions, it is not the easiest thing in the world. It's wonderful that children can get tutoring, either one on one or in very small groups, no matter their neighborhood, with these little Score tutoring stores popping up virtually everywhere. And they seem to know what they are doing, this isn't any of that Sesame Street junk. So, get the score, as in Score Learning Centers. Now if they only knew how to multiply the value of my house.

Credit Derivatives Double in a Year

When I need insurance, don't know what the future;
System could blow any day;
Baby, I go crazy;
If all those derivatives can't pay;

Doubling derivatives, all in one year now;
Someone tell me, what is the crime;
Honey, got no money;
But still, please rooooooll me,
and call me the tumbling dice;;

With the credit crunch intensifying, the one financial market that continues to increase, is the credit derivative market, according to a report issued today by the Bank for International Settlements. Credit derivatives, which are essentially insurance policies to protect speculators against defaults on securities, rose from $20 trillion in June, 2006, to $43 trillion in June 2007.

Since all of the major derivatives banks are already bankrupt, the idea that they can insure each other against defaults is ludicrous. The BIS also reported on the size of the global derivatives market, which, it said, has increased by 35 percent in the 12 months ended in June, 2007, jumping from $454 trillion to $613 trillion. The real numbers are likely much larger, the sum total of all derivatives bets is undoubtedly measured in quadrillions. And when it finally goes, that will be the real crash to end all real crashes. Your ARM Mortgage may be bad when balloons upward in monthly payments, but if this larger crap goes on, where will you get a job?

Want to Get Cheap Insurance?

Getting cheap car insurance can be difficult. Often an advertised price is only for those drivers with a perfect record. A few tickets for speeding, or for a bad left turn can cause higher 6-month fees of a substantial nature. The best approach is to shop around for the best policy. What company has a reputation for dealing with claims in a prompt and friendly manner? Make sure you cover what is necessary. With a new, or late model car that you are still paying off, you must have collision coverage. A better type of covergage will even pay for car glass that is destroyed by theft or vandalism.

Both car insurance and home insurance are necessities of life. Your home needs to be insured against theft and fire damage, considering the large amount of money that you have invested in it. Flood insurance is necessary as well in many localities, and also to get as much insurance against possible burglarly and theft. You make a major investment in your home and possibly other real estate, and cannot afford to lose it.

So Sorry, Sang Elton John, about the Housing Crash

So, sorry, so sorry,
It's a sad sad situation;
Deaths from the foreclosure bubble burst;

Some death, some death;
Why don't we protect Homeowners
Protect the Bankers too, from destruction of;
the Nation, why don't youuuuuuu;

News from the Sacramento Landing website, (see link list) shows us that this ongoing death situation around the Housing bubble collapse must be dealt with. It is not enough to make symbolic gestures like Mr. Schwartznegger, the Governator.
We need the Homeowner and Banking Protection Act Now. The mortgages have to be frozen, so that the homeowners pay mere rent payments on the foreclosed housing. And the banks have to be enabled to keep open, despite demands from overseas sources, such as the Cayman Islands, to be bailed out at all costs. If this sounds a lot like what Lyndon LaRouche says, so be it. They don't call him the geezer for nothing.

Even if you wanted to support Giuliani

Let's look at the Giuliani campaign according to its popular image. Forget that it is ignoring the real estate collapse and general collapse of the system.

Giuliani Fights for the Conservative Vote

Giuliani got another regional boost with the endorsement by former Congresswoman Anne Northup (Republican- Kentucky), from Louisville, Ky. She endorsed him, citing his fiscal conservative principles and his commitment to the War on Terror. She plans to serve as his Kentucky State Chair.
On November 16th, Rudy spoke at the conservative Federalist Society. He said he would appoint Supreme Court justices in the tradition of Antonin Scalia and Clarence Thomas. However, he was careful not to talk about Roe vs. Wade and abortion rights, an issue that has bothered many conservatives. As a former Mayor of New York City, of course he supports abortion rights. Nevertheless, last week Rudy was endorsed by Bible Belt Broadcaster Pat Robertson.

In a surprising development, Rudy supported a ruling that threw out the ban on handguns in Washington DC. Rudy as mayor had always been known to support gun control. Now he is supporting the 2nd amendment as the right of the individual to own guns. He was cited in the LA Times as saying “I can't figure where in the Constitution” judges would find the authority to take the words “under God” out of the Pledge of Allegiance or forbid displaying the Ten Commandments on public property. Rudy has been careful on this issue, since otherwise he is not known as a churchgoer. Giuliani also did not see the US Constitution as protecting racial quotas or “the taking of private property to enrich developers.”

On November 7th, on the Mike Gallagher Show, Mr. Giuliani expressed his opposition to states, such as New York, giving out driver’s license to undocumented persons. He said that Hillary Clinton has been waffling on this issue, and now she is saying this is a state by state decision. This sounded to him like Hillary was ready to join the Federalist Society, but on homeland security, Rudy believes in Federal responsibility. But does Mr. 9-11 believe in any basic human responsibility for a collapsing economy and a process of endless war in the Middle East.

Right in the 'Hood

Score Tutoring Centers are amazing. I have had only good experience with them concerning my son. What is also interesting is I had a neighbor who was interested in tutoring his kid but thought that such an Innovative Tutor would only be available in the suburbs some place. Well, I had to tell him that there is a Score Tutoring Center right on Fordham Rd. by University Avenue, in the Bronx, New York. Not exactly a super ritzy suburb. So it is good to know that this innovative centers for math, reading etc. are available and around for children between the ages of 4 and 14.

The trick is to realize that for the children, little things can be difficult to absorb. I mean for an 8 year old, fractions are a big leap into the dark. Now, if I can only figure out what to do about the real estate bubble.

Kicked out of the USA- Bruce Springsteen

Lost my job in the cement plant;
Couldn't stay no more in Monterrey;;
Worked five years building homes;;
Now I'm kicked out of the USA;

Kicked out of the USA;
Kicked out of the USA:

When the stock market finally crashed;
They blamed it all on Jorge and Jose;;
Anti-Mexican laws all over there;
And I was kicked out of the USA;

Due to all the clever little measures to stop illegal aliens, some of these pogroms are being successful. So, there is going to be a big problem in Mexico. There is a "tsunami" underway of Mexicans being deported from the United States, which we believe will reach one million in 2007 alone, by the end of the year, members of the Advisory Council of the Mexican Government's Institute for Mexicans Abroad (IME), warned in a November 16 press conference.

Around 170 anti-immigrant laws have been passed in the U.S. in the last few months alone, whipping up "hatred" against Mexicans, whether they are legal or undocumented, council member Hugo Loyo said. Members warned that the increasing anti-immigrant raids of workplaces and homes across the United States are creating a "truly critical" situation for Mexico, which must find jobs, housing, food, education, and health care for hundreds of thousands of people being dumped just over the border by U.S. officials, without financial resources or belongings, often far from any family which could offer support.

Over 10 per cent of the Mexican population has migrated to the United States--some 13 million Mexicans--at an accelerating rate since the 1994 North American Free Trade Accord (NAFTA) crushed Mexico's own industry and agriculture. Come January 2008, another 2.2 million Mexican farmers will be thrown into bankruptcy, when all protection on corn and bean imports ends, under the next phase of NAFTA.

Cooperation on building an integrated water and rail system for all North America, connecting regional water management projects, like the giant North American Water and Power Alliance (NAWAPA) to Mexico's North West Water Plan (PLHINO), is the way to go, Lyndon LaRouche emphasized again on November 19. How many good jobs would be created inside Mexico by the PLHINO/NAWAPA program? How can the agricultural situation in Mexico be transformed by this project? End the flooding in the south, and the drought in the north, and create the conditions for flourishing agriculture in Mexico. Create jobs for the next ten years, building these integrated water plans, which have already been designed. Link these projects to the Russian-U.S.-Canadian Bering Strait tunnel project, with its railways and development corridors, and there will be plenty of work for people in the U.S., Canada and Mexico. That is why we need action now, before the next holocaust is brewing.

Garage Floors can be Fixed

It s amazing that garage floors can actually be fixed. For a new garage floors you can cover it with a type of epoxy. For an older cracked garage floor, it is better to cover it over with tiles. There is an interlocking joining system for these tiles, and if you look at the pictures at www.carguygarge.com, they look really nice, and you have a lot of styles to choose from.
If you are coating your garage floor, you etch and clean the concrete, and then you apply the epoxy. The key thing to remember is that the coating is only as good as the preparatory work. So check it out, and make your house and real estate, really nice.

The System is Going Fast

Pix: Badfinger, the Magical Christian

http://www.artistdirect.com/Images/Sources/AMGCOVERS/music/cover200/dre300/e346/e346946ef61.jpg

If you want it, here it is, come and get it;
But you better hurry, 'cause it's going fast;
The system's going and it's going fast.
There should be no talk about how the crisis of system is “coming”—it’s already here. The crash of the dollar system will cause an explosion of the entire international financial system. Already, pieces of the exploded planet are flying around like asteroids—but only a fool would say that the asteroids are “going to cause” the explosion!

The vast, estimated t hundreds of trillions of financial derivatives contracts held by the banks, along with "leveraged losses" on credit assets, are the new locus of the losses. For instance, the giant reinsurance company Swiss Re acknowledged that it had sustained a $1 billion loss, coming from just two derivatives contracts known as "credit swaps." Swiss Re refused to name the counterparty, undoubtedly another bank.

On November 16, Goldman Sachs chief U.S. economist Jan Hatzius had issued a chilling estimate of the fall in the banking system. He forecast that direct U.S. bank losses in the next year or so would be $400 billion (a very similar estimate had just been made by Deutschebank's chief economist). Just assuming that half of these losses are in highly leveraged assets (where there was a 10:1 ratio of borrowed dollars in the money used to buy the assets), Hatzius forecast that the total drop in the ability of the banks to lend, will be $2 trillion. For comparison, in 2006, the total lending of U.S. banks to households and non-financial corporations was $3.24 trillion. So that is about it, unless you want to do the cash in the wheel barrow thing.

So, dear reader, do not panic. There are still solutions. The start is to continue to get state legislators, and then Congressmen to back the HBPA, the Homeowner and Banking Protection Act, and to create a firewall to protect the US Banking System from these endless financial derivative contracts. First, that starts with freezing the mortgages and real estate payments and re-adjusting them.

Freeze It or Lose It

This product Freeze-It could be very helpful. I have a friend, Jesus Martinez, who just participated in the Tour de Bronx, on October 21st, which is a 25-mile bicylcle ride. He did this despite suffering from significant knee pain. Of course he uses various rubs and also just taking acetaminophen, but an improvement could be extremely useful. He gets pains from running and also due to the fact that his work as a clerical worker means spending long hours sitting at a desk. The sudden strain of exercise, even with a warm-up period can be difficult to adjust to.
The product, Freeze It, promises to be good for sore muscles and sprains, back, shoulder, arthritis and knees. Yes, if you are riding a bicycle, knees are definitely the thing. I have another friend who is a housekeeper, and is having significant problems with her knees. I tell her that going to the gym and swimming is essential, but I bet this product Freeze-It Gel would do her a lot of good too. Freeze It is available at Rite Aid, CVS and Wal-Mart. So it basically seems like a good idea.
Winning a year's supply of Freeze It Gel would definitely be something that even I could use, since being an office worker, I get stuck in an office and don't get the quantity of exercise that I should. A little bit of this stuff on my back and shoulders could go a long way. And I could share it with Jesus (Heezooz) and my other friend, and will. Exercise and training can be helped by using Freeze It on your leg or shoulders during your cool down period. It is said to be save to use this product four times a day, obviously there is a limit to use of any medicated product. It is also recommended for rubbing on aching joints before one goes to sleep. It is available in a 3-ounce roll-on size, and also in a 4-ounce tube to rub onto yourself.

Doing training and exercise is not something only for the young. Us older people like to exercise and stay in shape. Riding a bike to work is a great way to get daily exercise if that is possible for you. Look at the recent Tour de Bronx bicycle tour in the Bronx and also the November 4th New York Running Marathon. Lots of people in the forties and fifties and older were in these events. You can't expect to go these heights without some aches and pains. And who doesn't eventually suffer some form of arthritis. So to review: freeze it can help you with KNEE pain, listen up bikers and runners, as well as back pain, shoulder pain, and arthritic pain in many joints. And like they say in all forms of sports and life in general; Dare to Struggle, Dare to win.

A Misunderstanding? or a Genocide Genesis?

So you think there is some of misunderstanding;
There must be some kind of mistake;
They're predicting six feet of water;
That's a fake;

The IPCC mafia just wants an excuse;
To kill and torture billions it seems;
What do you expect from the scientists of the oligarchy;
Filling in some Bertrand Russell, British Dream;;

How can these crazies at the IPCC actually threaten us with the fantasy of six foot waves and be taken seriously. Remember my friends that YOU emit Carbon Dioxide too. Maybe, they want to eliminate you? Did you ever think about that?

Plus, as is well known , CO2 is a kind of gaseous fertilizer, more of which will make plants grow throughout the world. Without CO2, plant life and animal life would not exist on the planet Earth. Some pollutant.

Sherwood Idso and company have shown that from the astro-physical data, even with a doubling of CO2 (which by the way, may never happen), there would only be a maximum theoretical increase in temp of an average of 0.4-degrees Celsius. And water vapor would tend to LOWER it, by making cloud cover. The basic fraud of the IPCC, is they take a little bit of theoretical warming, and then amplify it by a factor or 10 or more, by saying the extra water vapor from the small degree of temperature rise would amplify the temperature rise by that much. Make sense? It does to a computer. They call that garbage in, garbage out.

Perhaps, they lost so much money on Florida real estate, that the scientists and politicians of the IPCC (Intenational Piss Crisis Committee) are worried about loosing 3-inches more of Miami shoreline.

Lifehouse or Lifeboat for the Bankrupt Economy?

That you're afraid to see?;;
A way to save the world that’s broken;
A dark age bursts extremely;;

Looking at war, Iran on my breath
Is it connected to the financial system’s death?
Take a chance to see the connection inside;

I'm feeling the 50 trillion in cash again
As fast as Ben prints hundreds to fins
Feeling the crash, she said, for the first time
Maybe I'm wrong, Sick shooters fright;
Killing with pessimism, threaten tonight;
Like Michael Milliken destroying last time

The world that could blow up now;
Can be saved by action now;
Waking me up from dreaming
FDR solutions in my eyes;

Looking at you, holding my breath
For once in my life I'm scared to death;

We're crashing;
Into the dark age;
We're lost in this;
Can’t we get back home;

Killing with pessimism, threatens tonight;
Worse than Michael Milliken destruction last time;

Really Long Link

The scariest part of the “Global Warming Scare” is that it is used to create a huge amount of pessimism in the population. Many efforts to feed the hungry of poor nations have been subverted and destroyed by “appropriate, green technology.” First nuclear power was trashed, now even burning coal has become a crime. This is against the ideas of Vernadsky, the great Russian bio-chemist, and the idea that man and his technology actually helps develop the no-osphere, the part of the earth affected by man’s mind.

Instead, look at the on-surge of the dark age, which ties together recent events typical of New York's and London's financial center, with both the Jokela High School massacre, and the very ugly death of a young English woman, in Perugia, Italy. All three of these and comparable signs of these, our present times, mark these reported events as sharing the characteristic of the events which a judge in Perugia reported, as driven by an ostensibly uncontrollable yearning for an "extreme" quality of existentialist experience, by at least some among the surviving participants. These are experiences which, when combined, might be described as a kind of dionysian event expressing some particularly worrying characteristics of our presently onrushing, global "new dark age."

Such horrible personal extremism is promoted by MySpace and through other social networks. Yet, Hank Paulson, printing endless dollars to keep a bankrupt system going, isn’t this also extreme? The extremes of the system are hitting everyday people. These are omens, like the soothsayer saying "Beware the Ides of March" in Shakespeare's Julius Caesar.

Now the latest, is that Cong. Chaka Fattah is calling for a 6-month moratorium on mortgage foreclosures. Now all we have to do is protect the banks too, with the HPBA

Color Candles are Really Nice

Getting these colored candles was really special. I've had the candles before where they light each other again through sparks, but never where the actual flame is blue, orange, etc. Color flames colored candles are really great, and you can get yours at a low price. Think how special that could make some one's birthday party. I know that when I use them for my 5-year old son's birthday party, he will really get a kick out of them.

Vat 19 Holiday Product Sampling has a lot of nice stuff to look over. Other items are smencil, scented pencils, and fake snow. Since, in New York City it doesn't snow for a while, I think this product could be especially fun.

Some of the items offered seem incredibly futuristic, like the Invisible Floating Bookshelf But isn't that what the holidays are for? Happy Holidays!

How come the system keeps on crashing?

Radiohead- 15 Steps

How come the bankers keeps on jumping?
How come the loose money just don’t kick in?
Won't take my eyes off the pump again
Pumping out those billions to bail it out;;

How come I end up where I started?
How come I end up where I went wrong?
It won't work to bail it out again
Weimar Germany bail out then you cut the string

You used to be alright
What happened?
Did Greenspan get your tongue?
Did your bailout come undone?

One by one
One by one
It crashes for us all
It's hard as a rock to fall;

You used to be alright
What happened
Et cetera, et cetera
Facts for whatever
Some simple steps
To stop the sheer drop

How come I end up where I started?
How can I end up where I went wrong?
I’ll go back to the policies of FDR again;
Home and Bank Protection Act, pull the string;

With the most recent big credit write downs and losses among the big banks coming from HSBC and Barclays, and Citigroup now having to pay 2% above the Treasury interest rate in order to borrow, the Federal Reserve made another huge injection of short-term money into the banking system yesterday.

"This a 'free-fall' level of money printing," economist Lyndon LaRouche commented of the Fed's actions. "This is an echo, though under different circumstances of the desperate money-printing efforts of the Reichsbank in Weimar Germany, during the hyperinflationary blowout year of 1923."

According to Reuters, the Fed's $47.25 billion bailout injection today was the biggest since Sept. 19, 2001, after the terror attacks, when markets were nearly in free-fall and short-term lending rates were shooting upwards. Big banks continued to report big losses. The City of London giant Barclays Bank took a write down of $2.7 billion in mortgage-based assets for the third quarter.

Meanwhile, the Flint, Michigan city council was happen to hear about the Homeowner and Bank Protection Act (HBPA) from the Larouche Youth Movement. Flint is known as the scene of the Michael Moore movie, “Roger and Me”, as a former auto and other manufacturing hub, now hit hard by the real estate collapse and other forms of economic devestation. Already, the HPBA has been passed by nearby Pontiac, Michigan.
It has also been passed in a total of six cities nationally.

Bronx Head Start Program Honors New "Author"

Bronx, NY,NY, November 14th, 2007- Aminata Sillah, a 10-year-old, was honored at an event at 1125 Grand Concourse, in the Andrew Freeman Home, now the home of senior services and the Family Preservation Center.

Aminata’s story telling talent stood out. Dr. Wild stated that “our books are a great inspiration and creative writing tool, particularly for children who find writing challenging. Once they see the pictures in our story books, they are often motivated to write and some children, like Aminata, are producing wonderful stories.” Aminata’s mother spoke briefly, as did Aminata’s aunt, who came to the event all the way from California.

The Family Preservation Center (FPC), the host of the event, aims to strengthen families. The FPC integrates services including immigration services, comprehensive case management, job readiness and training, housing placement, early childhood services, (Head Start, Child Care, and Universal Pre-K), WIC, and an array of youth and community development programs.

Do Some Bush Bashing

Note: this is a non-sponsored review of the website www.cafepress.com/beatbushgear.

One of the offerings is a Cheney-Satan bumper sticker. Frankly, I don't think that's a strong ticket. Perhaps Giuliani- and Norman Bates might have more local color. That is not a bad website, cause they link to all the move on types, even though personally I prefer larouchepac.
.

We still do need to impeach Cheney, since everyday he is in power means more war danger. Also, he will do nothing to freeze the unpayable mortgages, the whole real estate bubble is out of control. The crash of the real estate bubble has only just begun. Already 4 cities, including Pomona, California and Gary, Indiana, have passed resolutions supporting Congressional action on the Homeowners and Bank Protection Act. See larouchepac for details.

With the current moves of the indictment of Bernard Kerik, Giuli's crony, the self-destruction of the Giuliani campaign has begun. Does that mean that Michael Bloomberg will run for President as a Republican after all?

Coupons are Fun

In this day of budget balancing and inflation, any monetary boost is worth checking out. Coupon Codes can give you what you need. These days lots of people like to read and Amazon dot com is not only books, but all sorts of CDs, music and other stuff. And you can save money by using coupons, check it out.
With the cold coming on, you may want to stop at Old Navy and before you do your internet order, pick up some coupons as well. Check out a cute website with a natural North Carolina theme, ncnatural.com, with lots of environmental related stuff too. I liked the events calender and the autumn folk lore. Now I just wonder how the real estate market is doing in North Carolina?

The Financial System is Finished

No amount of small minded complaining will change a thing;
No tax cut or interest cut will do it!
Any tax cut you do would just create funds, that would be quickly sucked to the Cayman Islands;;
The offshore system centered in the City of London, has taken over the dollar system totally;
And now the pyramid is crashing, with trillions disappearing,
No tax cut would mean a thiiiiiing;;
Except to steal all social programs and housing and food, and continue to impoverish totally;;
The lower, lower 80-percent of the population,
which is feeling the heat economically, and would be strangleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeed by such lunacy!!!!!!!

Yes Maria Callas, your portrayal of Anna Boleyna will be immortal, the one you did in 1957 at La Scala, in Milan. And the British oligarchy that cut off your head, Miss Boleyna, is quite similar to the current British oligarchy and their American offshoots, who seek a dictatorship, to somehow prop up their bankrupt system.

Only first creating a firewall, to stop the mass foreclosure and eviction of Americans will deal with the crime now. And the banks in turn must receive reasonable rent payments while the value of houses and mortgages is sorted out, and must be protected by the US Treasury and government from collapse. Until you shut down the Cayman Islands centered hedge fund groupings of the casino gambling-like speculative system, nothing will work.

As far as tax cuts, we need some major tax INCREASES, and then exemptions, if money is invested in infrastructure and other needed programs. We need the tradition of George Washington and Alexander Hamilton and the National Bank, last fully revived by Frank D Roosevelt, for national sovereign credit DIRECTED to necessary activity, like advanced technologies in energy, transport, etc. We need a NEW BRETTON WOODS reorganization of the international financial system, to keep the US Dollar at parity levels with other major currencies, and with Russia, China, India, Europe and, build great projects, like the infrastructure project known as the Eurasian Land-bridge. This includes a rail tunnel under the Bering Straits between the USA (Alaska) and Siberia (Russia). Then we may have a future as a United States, and as humanity.

Hotel Reservations, when you gotta get away

It doesn't have to be hard to make Hotel Reservations and let's face it, some times you gotta get away. At this great website,hotelreservations.com, you can reserve not only hotel rooms, but also jet flights and rental cars.

For example, say you want to book a hotel room in Orlando, Florida. It's getting chilly in the Bronx, NY, so I just might have to do that. You enter the time period, say sometime between Nov. 30 and Dec. 2nd, and enter that it is for two (hopefully consenting) adults in one hotel room. You get the Carible Royale, which is right near downtown Disneyworld, and only costs an average nightly Rate of $143.20.

Location. Located less than two miles from Downtown Disney and the Disney theme parks, the Caribe Royale Orlando (Fla.), set on 45 lush acres. Some of the days are slightly less, etc., but here is the big whoopie. You get a 20-percent discount by booking early. How Great! Even cheaper is the 42-acre Wyndham Orlando Resort in Orlando, Fla., sits on a tranquil, lagoon-laced oasis two miles from Universal's theme parks and 12 miles from Walt Disney World Resort, for the incredibly low price of $84 a night. So, you can see that getting away have never been easier. So let's look at the two other elements of our wonderful trip, other than little things like paying admission to Disney World, buying souvenirs and eating.

Next I proceeded to choose a flight for my journey of my two consenting adults. Notice I don't say very much about these adults, after all they are adults and should know what they are doing. I can't get a flight for this short trip but, I did get one for coming back 10 days later. Oh well, the office will just have to survive without me. It comes out to be $399.00, for round trip, two adults to Orlando (MCO) from Newark NJ airport. That is a very good deal, only $200 per person, round trip. After all, I wasn't planning to move to Orlando. This is with times, airline, flight numbers and everything. All I have to do is get out the old credit card and buy the tickets.

Now, let's look at the rental cars. At Simply Wheelz, I can rent an economy car for a mere $238 a week, including tip, tax, everything. Of course when you rent a car they say like $150, but then you have to make sure the insurance is straight and what not. And this is an actual economy car that you can reserve and get into your hot little hands when you get to Orlando (MCO) Airport. So have a happy trip, and if you like you can calculate what this entire caper is going to cost you. I'll leave that to you, I've got to run... I have some foreclosed real estate to check out.

Meeting on Housing in the Bronx, NY

NY State Assemblywoman Aurelia Greene chaired a panel of experts, in late October, at the Andrew Freedman Home, at 1125 Grand Concourse. Several hundred people attended to hear about issues like the sub-prime mortgage crisis and the Mayor’s plan to expand housing, at various workshops. Dealing with housing issues can be bewildering with the large number of government and private non-profit agencies involved. Problems range from how to buy a new home, to getting heat and hot water, to avoiding foreclosure.

Mr. Greg Fewer spoke for the Department of Housing and Community Renewal, DHCR, on the basics that people have to know about apartments, such as, are they rent-stabilized units? Especially at the time of renewal of leases, people can file a complaint against high rents, a “Rent Overcharge Complaint.” Other complaints that can be made at any time include, about getting enough heat, and fixing something that is broken. Mr. Fewer had a supply of complaint forms available. For forms and other information, log on to http://www.dhcr.state.ny.us/ or call 1-866-ASK-DCHR, (866-2753427). Mr. Fewer has heard many complaints about sub-prime mortgages and is forwarding complaints to the Banking Department of the NY State Attorney. Obviously, the issue of foreclosures and fraudulent subprime mortgages was on the panel as well as the onlookers' minds.

Mr. Kenneth Small was on the panel, representing the CAB (Citizen’s Advice Bureau). His organization at 1130 Grand Concourse, maintains a “Home Base” program, to help tenants get out of homeless shelters. Ms. Katie Bukofzer represented the NYC HPD (Housing Preservation and Development). She was asked about the level of income needed to get subsidized apartments, which can be too high for families that are homeless or on the brink of homelessness. She answered that to provide more and larger subsidies for rent and owning apartments, she needs more funding. Randy Quezada, of the Department of Homeless Services received complaints in the question period, that many people feel they are not treated properly by his agency. He spoke about the case workers who get burned out from not having the resources to solve many homelessness problems. The Mothers on the Move representative spoke about their organizing to maintain Public Housing Units. They and the Environmental Justice Committee can be reached at 718-842-2224.

Reading Help Can Make a Difference

I know how rough it can be when your child have trouble reading. What you made need are Reading Tutors and they are available at Score Learning Centers. I had a lot of problems with my 12-year old boy, Ash until he went there. They seem to work, it takes anything from phonics for really bad cases, to learning how to use a dictionary and update the student's vocabulary on a regular basis. Children can be run age 4 to 14 and there are locations around the country.

In today's tough economy, after the mortgage bubble went down, you want your children to have decent academic performance, and if you can't make the change, get someone qualified to do it for you.

Since 2005

On the border (of economic and financial collapse).
Here's a song about the collapse, which seems to be accelerating, and has been going on since 2005:

Seems the banks went down quickly;;
They go lickety split lee;;
Writing down some more loans;;

Forty billion in assets;;
Getting so smashed then;;
Lord knows, it is really a mess;;

Morgan Stanley made a bad bet;;
On all that sub-prime stuff yet;;
And AIG Insurance did it too, 3 billion more of goo;;
Lord they don’t believe the pyramids falling stronger;;
Soon you will see, that the collapse’s getting longer;;

Six in the morning;
Became three with no warning;
As the writedown continued on;;

Now the people all cursin’ me;;
Pensions were looted, see;;
We need an FDR central stuff;

And now the sun's comin up
No more of that lady luck
Industry, rail roads cars and trucks;
National credit made;
For the things that we need;;
Just a-wishin' the game continued longer;
Lord, don't you know the crash gettin' stronger;

What are the Congressmen and Women afraid of? The real estate bubble started deflated sometime in 2005, and the larouchepac.com got out tons of literature telling people the bubble was going to collapse. Why did they not act?

It's a little thing called the truth about 9-11 (2001). This terrorist act was abetted and in some way or other actually organized within the United States Military Command, for allowing the Bush-Cheney administration to go with the policies that Cheney wanted to go with, which were endless war and in effect, dictatorship. That is permanent rule by emergency decree.

What is the evidence? How about all this stuff about in England about the BAE (British Aerospace Enterprise) and their $2 billion in bribes (actually slush funds) to Prince Bandar of Saudi Arabia. And you remember the 9-11 hijacker bodies were 15 out of 19 Saudi nationals, with the other 4 brought in by them.

Now Prince Bandar himself is saying Saudi intelligence warned the USA about 9-11 before hand. Perhaps they furnished the tools, but not the controls. See the link, Really Long Link for more juicy stuff.

So that is the terror in Congress we have to break through to solve the financial crash, the mortgage crisis, the real estate crisis, etc. Meanwhile, gold is heading to $1000 an ounce.

Car Deals are a Steal

Everyone is looking to save money, now that prices even for things like food are going up. How about a Honda Car Quote to set your mind at ease. It seems the hottest car at Carblvd dot com, is the Honda CR-V, a very economical car, and a real cross-over between the small car category and the SUV type of car. And if you go to this site, you can actually learn a lot about car maintenance and car repair at their online car maintenance 101 course. You can get a free quote on a new car, and learn about car insurance and a lot of other things at car buying sites on the internet.

Another necessity of life, if you want to buy a new car, or often, even a good used car, is to get a car loan. With today's tighter credit market, this can be more difficult than it used to be, but it's definitely not impossible. In fact, at many car dealerships, both online and offline, the only necessity to get a car loan is to have a regular paying job and salary.

So, if the price of oil could stop going up toward $100 and more a barrel, all of your problems would be solved.

Can We Pacify the Population?

Picture from: http://www.zulunation.com/afrika20.jpg, Africa Bambaataa

see http://www.zulunation.com/afrika.html

Whether the authorities can pacify the population, in this time of economic and financial collapse is an open question. The real estate bubble has reached even to the South Bronx, where following from Harlem in Manhattan rents are up. Nevertheless the party goes on.

The Hip Hop Nation enjoyed a party at the Bronx Museum, at 1040 Grand Concourse, Friday night November 2nd. This is third offering of the First Friday program which will continue at the beginning of each month featuring film and video screenings, art performances, music and other special events. This month’s event, “Bronx Rap is Back” was a celebration of Hip Hop History Month. The event was made in honor of the Bronx’s own Afrika Bambaataa and the Zulu Nation and was a totally free, public event.

The night featured Latina turntablist DJ Chela spinning old and new school hip hop mixed with go-go, dancehall, and salsa; the Puerto Rican/Dominican lyricist Patty Dukes from the Bronx performing with the emcee RephStar; the hip hop trio Rebel Diaz rhyming about immigration, politics and life in the South Bronx; Eli Efi, of Brazil, rapping in Portuguese with DJ Laylo spinning a blend of samba and salsa; and the Spanish rapper El Meswy, mixing a Latin vibe with a hardcore New York hip hop style.

Here’s a little about Mr. Afrika Bambaataa, also known as Bam, known as the “Grandfather” and “Godfather” of Hip Hop Culture as well as “The Father of The Electro Funk Sound”. His network is the Zulu Nation, inspired by studies of African history. The Zulus are a famous warrior tribe in South Africa who defeated the British Empire several times. As Bam continued his deejaying, more DJs, rappers, break dancers, graffiti writers, and artists followed him and became members of the Zulu Nation. The official birthday of the Universal Zulu Nation is November 12, 1973, and November has been designated Hip Hop culture month.

Bam and other music stars worked on the anti-apartheid album Sun City with Little Steven Van Zandt, Run-D.M.C., and Lou Reed in 1985. By 1992, Bam had his own Planet Rock Records label, and in1994 Bam and his SoulSonic Force put out the album "Lost Generations". In that same year he began deejaying on radio station Hot 97 FM. For more information see http://www.zulunation.com/afrika.html.

Ariel Fernandez is the producer of the First Friday series at the Bronx Museum, and his production company is Asho Productions. Hip Hop, he says, has four elements: rap, the DJ, the MC and break dancers, though it wasn’t possible to bring break dancers on Friday. With 125 or more people at the event, Mr. Fernandez was very happy. He has been a DJ in Cuba and since 2005, in New York.

The next First Friday event will be on December 7th, 6:00pm and will feature- Salsa & Bachata to Merengue & Son: the Popular Music of Two Islands, Cuba and the Dominican Republic. There will be live band performances and DJs covering popular musical genres. First Fridays are supported by Deutsche Bank and the Rockefeller Brothers Fund. Additional marketing support is provided by The New York Community Trust. For more information, call 718-681-6000.

Consolidating Your Debt

In our hyperinflated economy, the amount of debt is beyond belief. You should try to consolidate your debt, if you want to be able to continue to have credit, for mortgages, cars and so on. Debt Management is a new thing to learn about, in fact they call it a debt management plan. The idea is to save time by being able to pay your debts rapidly. Often these can involve a home equity loan, in order to get a lower rate of interest.

Being overwhelmed by debt can be a distressing experience. You may need creditor harassment help in order to be able to not be overwhelmed by harassing phone calls and the like. There are a number of credit counseling agencies that you can be referred to. They can give you a lot of advice that is useful. You need to learn to make up a monthly consolidated budget. Then you have to decide what are your priorities in case there is some type of emergency that forces you to divert some money. You have to learn how to save some money each month and not touch the money unless there is an emergency and it is absolutely necessary. Learning to fix your debt problem is not just a simple thing of consolidating your debts and getting lower interst rates, because you have to make sure that it never happens again that you are in such dire straits.

Is debt consolidation really such a good idea? Of course it is. It can even enable you to avoid bankruptcy, which in any case, is not as great as it used to be. Even if you are not able to get a home equity loan there are other ways to get low interest loans, if you are careful. One of these are the famous teaser rates, also known as introductory rates on new credit cards. These are low rates for only six months to a year, so you cannot go on like this forever, this is a breathing space, a place for you to start. In this time of the financial bubble, don't lose everything, get yourself together. Since filing for bankruptcy can destroy your credit for years, you may be able to avoid this if you work with debt management. Of course, after the subprime mortgage loans collapse, the amount of credit that will be issued with no or few questions asked is bound to decline.

Baby, It's a Crash Again

Bear Stearns going bankrupt was real scary;;
Like a crazy speculative dream;;
Now we see the losses of Merrill and Citi in their suicide machines
SIVS without the credit to exist,
Federal regulators sure are getting pissed,
The financial system has the AIDS virus—Wooow!

Baby we need an FDR bankruptcy,
It's a death trap, it's a suicide rap,
$700 trillion in derivative, you see;;
`Cause tramps like us, baby we’re as broke as can be;;

Wendy, I wanna sell you a hamburger;
And maybe a house too-- guard your dreams and visions;;
But the mortgage bubble has just started crashing;;
It’s the death of the sub-prime rip-off;;
I’d like to pretend to own a big house;;
But the mortgage’s getting bigger, I feel lie a big louse;;
Wooow!
I now it’s out on the wire that dude will resign;;
You know Prince and Merrill’s Stanley, jumping out over the line;;
But I gotta find out how bankruptcy feels;;
I want a New Bretton Woods;;
And find out that new credit is real;;

Beyond the Palace, Cheney screams he wants a new Iran war;;
And Pelosi mumbles excuses, like a Felix Rohatyn whore;;
The Nuclear War plan sticks out bold and stark;
And my Fallout suit is ready;;
I wanna die with you Wendy on the streets tonight;
From an airborne deadly virus;;

So we gotta reorganize Baby;
Bankruptcy, that is the plan we run;;
Cmon Wendy, bankruptcy could really be a lot of fun!!

Lyndon LaRouche today strongly chastized those who have attacked him, for repeatedly warning that the entire global financial and monetary system is hopelessly, irreversibly bankrupt, and must be put through a bankruptcy reorganization to begin a process of global reconstruction. "... that Merrill Lynch and Citicorp, are in dire crisis and have chosen to fire their CEOs," LaRouche said, "just serves to underscore that I have been right, and all of my critics have been wrong to the point of clinical insanity." LaRouche noted that Bloomberg was reporting on Nov. 4 that former U.S. Treasury Secretary Robert Rubin is likely to be brought in as the "interim" chairman of Citigroup.

LaRouche cited his now famous Triple Curve Function, as the reference point for understanding the scale of the financial and physical economic breakdown process that has entered a new, accelerated phase in recent weeks. The gist of Triple Curve is that the cash printed and created electronically, is growing even faster than the Outstanding Financial paper. And of course, in the meantime, physical production continues to collapse. It's like the idiocy of the real estate market, selling old houses and old junk for more and more, till it crashes.

Stephen King's the Mist

The Mist by Stephen King, the new Stephen King movie,is about a father, who takes his boy to the market, leaving his wife at home while a mist is approaching. The book is rather horrifying, and the movie promises to be even more horrifying. It is a movie about human survival, even if you have to do horrible things in order to survive. David Drayton is the father, and his young son's name is Billy, and they are both vivid and real characters. As the mist surrounds the store, its inhabitants start seeing shadowed shapes in the white obscurity. These shapes quickly turn to horrific monsters. Some are the size of dogs, some the size of buildings. I do not want to tell you what the rest of them look like because it is, for lack of better words, truly terrifying. The people inside the store also become bestialized, and that is what is really horrifying.

Even though creatures are in the story, the true underlying meaning will hit you pretty hard. There is a woman, who will surely go down as one of the most hated literary characters ever. This becomes an out-of-control following and uprising by some survivors against those who believe they can survive and escape the market. It is just as much about human interaction and thinking, as it is people being butchered by creatures. The book is abou how human nature includes the will to survive, even if it means killing. And of course, despite the horrors of monsters, people killing other people, are not the luckiest people in the world, they are the most horrifying.

The first Stephen King adaptation still holds up as one of the best owing to it's close following of the book. Both Sissy Spacek as Carrie White and Piper Laurie as her mother, Margaret, were nominated for Academy Awards and they really deserved them.

Spacek makes us truly believe she is Carrie. The special effects leave a bit to be desired, but it is still quite good, and keeps you interested.

Carrie was a low budget film, and the first Stephen King novel to become a movie. A lot of really great actors like Sissy Spacek and John Travolta did this film when they were not well known. The name of the high school is Bates High, a reference to Norman Bates of Alfred Hitchcock's Psycho. After Carrie (Sissy Spacek) had the pig's blood dumped on her, she had to sleep in it for a couple of days it seems. A famous and powerful scene, is when Carrie (Sissy Spacek) has a fit and throws bloody tampons all over a room, both in the book and the movie.

We Got It Sleazy, Oughta Take it Easy- Eagles Sang

http://www.carnglaze.com/rock_concerts_talon.htm

Well, the Federal Reserve is warning all the bankers;
That the conference calls just don't cease;;
One because we're crashing, two cause it's over, three cause my portfolio please;;
Make it Sleazy, make it sleazy;; a crashing banking system never is that easy;;

Hyperinflation can hurt, you could even lose your shirt;;
Just find a way to eat some dirt;
And make it sleazy;;

The Price of gold is going up to 1000, and oil for 100 too;;
The dollar keeps a falling, a depression is a calling, better try some fu-man-chu;;

Yeah, we got it sleazy;;
No free market system, can you see, yah!
We gotta re-regulate it, yeah Babe....
Doo, doo, doo, doo.

Let's look at some of the recent exciting market data:.

* The price of gold in dollars leaped to $845;
* The price of oil in dollars passed $98, headed for $100
* and quickly beyond, in all estimations;
* The dollar fell to nearly $2.11 to the British pound; to a 60-year low against the Canadian dollar; to below $1.47 to the euro; nearly to 113 yen/dollar; all of these are accelerating plunges;
* Wall Street financial interests were demanding Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke promise another interest rate cut, in Congressional testimony tomorrow--an hysterical demand given the hyperinflation already set off by central bank money-printing to save the banks;
* The New York Stock Exchange Dow-Jones index is going down again, especially financial and insurance stocks, plunging, some by 10-15%;
* Morgan Stanley, which had just reported a billion-dollar loss in leveraged buyouts which failed, discovered $3.7 billion in new losses in mortgage securities, joining virtually all big banks in the tank;
* Moody's Investors Service started cutting rates on on $33 billion of debt of the big banks' structured investment vehicles (SIVs), hitting 16 SIVs of Citigroup, British HSBC and Germany's WestLB.

So since the Federal Reserve, the ECB etc. are going to be bailing people out anyway, why not have a good old bankruptcy reorganization??

By the way, anyone interested in real estate in Winslow, Arizona? They say there are some nice little theme parks there. OK, take it easy.

Frank Sinatra, on Strange Crashes in the Night

Strange crashes tonight;;
Without real value;;
They're at Goldman Sachs;;
And up a piling;;
CDOs and plenty of weird MBS;;

Will they soon admit;;
They have no profit;;
$72 billion in bad debt;;
They could choke on it;;
Since they're never traded, no one knows what they're worth!!!!!!

Meanwhile in a program, in New York State;;
They spent 100 million to save the poor irate;;
They tried to bail out the mortgages, but only nothing happened;;
They did not save 500 or 5 people, but only One;;

Rip-offs in the night;; Listen to the Geezer;;
Lynn Cannot run for President;;
But, what's the difference;;
If you want the truth, dial Lyndon LaRouuuuuuu!

(songs of the crash, Strangers in the Night)

With talk of $46 billion being injected into the US banking system by the Federal Reserve just last week (some say just on Thursday), the hyperinflation is kicking in. How can they say there is not inflation? With oil hitting $100 a barrel shortly? Someone has to run for President and say they truth about this. Until that happens, war or no war, we are sunk as a nation. (Of course more war will destroy us faster).
But isn't that what the heirs of the British Empire want?

Fiddling About with Real Estate and Carbon Dioxide

I'm the wicked Dr. Hansen;;
You may not get to see or hear me;;
As I fiddle about;;

I told you the ocean's rising;;
But that's a Hollywood nightmare;;
That my computer invented;;

(Fiddling About, the Who, Tommy, pix at http://www.theatermania.com/news/images/8477a.jpg)showing how global warming is total BS. Dr. James Hansen (the slut) has been making his career pushing this crap, and he did again to Congress. Obviously, his lies and BS are just accelerating, as his grasp on any semblance of reality rapidly lessens. In his current "testifying" at Congress for the Church of Global Warming, he claims, that if the seas rised (1 mm) then man would never be able to adapt. I guess he is concerned about the 3 inches of real estate he owns on the beach in Miami, Florida, say in South Beach. What an idiot!!!

Sherwood and Craig Idso also points out at James Hansen (the slut) also said that as long as human beings exist, there can never be an Ice Age again, because we would just spray some CFCs under our arm, and that would solve the (ice age) probleml. Yeah, right!
